Cyndi Huskey, M.S.
Cyndi has been with Right at Home Huntsville since 2016. She comes to us with a background in psychology and counseling. She retired from her school counseling career to help her father in caring for her step mother who suffered from Alzheimer’s. Cyndi is an avid kayaker and kayak guide/instructor on Lake Guntersville in her free time. Cyndi is Right at Home’s Office Manager and enjoys hiring, training, and coaching caregivers to take excellent care of our clients. Cyndi’s motto: the better the communication, the better the care.
Client Care Coordinator
Justin has been with Right at Home since 2019 after graduating with a degree in Business Administration. He has worked in many fields of the medical community including Therapy Plus as an Athletic Trainer in 2014, managing independent pharmacies, and then ending up with Right at Home. At Right At Home, Justin strives to make sure all clients are happy over the course of our service. He firmly believes that you never know where life will take you or the path you must take to get there, but when you wake up every day loving what you do, you know your path has led you to the right place! Justin calls Guntersville, Alabama home, and in his free time you will probably find him either on the lake or sitting beachside.
Client Care Coordinator
Somer has 24 years of experience in the health industry. She started singing in nursing homes at 13 with her church. At 15 she started volunteering, feeding and activities as a Nursing Assistant. In 1996 she received her Certified Nursing Assistant. She continued her education and received her LPN and RN is the state of Oklahoma. In 2013 she opened a Veteran driven Home Health Agency before selling it in 2018 and moved to Huntsville, Alabama to be with family. From day one I have felt like family here. I enjoy the continued growth with Right at Home and I look forward to many more years of serving our caregivers and our senior community.
Jennifer White, RN
Director of Nursing
With more than 15 years of nursing experience in various clinical settings, Jennifer comes to us with a background in neonatal intensive care, emergency room, electronic medical record instruction, and homecare/hospice. For the past six years, she served as executive director/director of nursing with operational and clinical oversight of seven homecare locations. In her previous role, Jennifer initiated and led successful efforts including annual state surveys, CHAP accreditation, skill validation programs and standardized procedure approval from the Alabama Board of Nursing.
Jennifer enjoys training, interaction with clients and caregivers, and has a passion for servant leadership. She has served as a volunteer mentor for the WEDC Foundation, as well as a life skills coach for the Wounded Warrior project. When she is not working, she enjoys making natural home and bath products, cross stitching, playing the guitar, and spending time with her family and friends.
Alecia came in high regard from the healthcare industry where patient care was her main focus. She has spent over a decade of her career working in the healthcare industry. Alecia leads the day-to-day operations, ensuring that all clients have a caregiver that matches their needs. She enjoys hearing stories from seniors, families and caregivers when we have made a difference in their lives.
The Right at Home Birmingham office is led by our President Beau Green who opened the agency in 2011. Beau focused on matching quality caregivers with the right families at the duration and frequency the clients desired. The agency quickly found success and Beau added a Scheduling Coordinator, now Agency Director, Alecia Rowe./p>

The Right at Home Huntsville and Decatur office is led by our President Bradford Meythaler who opened the agency in 2013. Bradford enjoys engaging with caregivers, clients, and our local community. Community Education Liaison
Brandi Ivey has worked in senior care since 2013 in a variety of settings such as non-profit, non-medical home care, and skilled nursing and rehab. She gained a wealth of experience working for the State of Alabama in child protective services before returning to school to earn her Masters degree in Education with a focus on Adult Education, Training, and Development. Brandi has served on the Madison County Council on Aging and the Culture Change Advisory Council with the Long-Term Care Ombudsman program. Brandi also works with the Huntsville Hospital Therapy Services Parkinson's Clinic. Brandi finds her work most rewarding when she finds a solution to a problem and brings relief to a family who didn’t know where to turn. Brandi loves spending time with her husband and daughter and traveling to the beach for some R&R.
