Celebrating Those Who Aim For Success!
At Right at Home Indianapolis North we have adopted a new Caregiver Appreciation Program called Anchored in Care. This program recognizes caregivers who go above and beyond in doing their jobs, who are proactive in doing their jobs well, who prove that they are dependable, and who maintain a positive attitude with clients and staff. Caregivers who display these characteristics will be recognized quarterly and awarded this beautiful, silver anchor keychain. This is a symbol of our appreciation to the caregivers who make a difference in the lives of our clients.

Supporting Our Amazing Care Team
The Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) is issuing Right at Home Indianapolis funding to support our direct service workforce. We plan to use the funding to help our team by supporting their transportation needs thru vouchers, Uber rides and gas cards as well as one-time bonuses. The funds will be split 75% for transportation support and 25% for one-time bonuses. Our intention is to use the funds by September 1, 2023. Please reach out to Tammy McMinn with questions.
