A New Year Brings Hope and Possibilities

A new year brings hope and possibilities. It offers opportunities and open doors for us to provide compassionate care where it is needed most, Right at Home. We are proud of our caregivers and the work they do every day providing respite and relief for families. They are passionate about what they do and it shows.
Our corporate office provides excellent training and support to help us provide the best care. We recently enjoyed a visit from Stephen Houston our regional manager and talked about how to move forward in 2019 with new goals and a renewed mission to serve.
We appreciate everyone who has supported us over the last year, and we hope you will let us serve you and your family in the months to come.

Holiday Helping
It was a month of service opportunities for us at Right at Home Indianapolis North to help those in need through the holiday season. We started with helping our Central Indiana Council on Aging community partners fill 300 totes with all the food needed for delicious holiday meals for the elderly and disabled. Thanks to Chad Bales and Tara DeBoo from CICOA Aging & In-Home Solutions for inviting us!

Toys for Tots
Our local chapter of the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots helped provide over 43,000 area kids this year with holiday gifts. We were so excited to help Partners in Healthcare fill containers like this train created by Woodland Terrace of Carmel with toys. Every October, November, and December volunteers start collecting toys for needy children in our community. Made possible by people like you!
All Around the Town
Being involved in the healthcare industry means listening to and staying abreast of what is happening in our community and the world, and being ready to lend a helping hand wherever it's needed. We appreciate opportunities to attend events that highlight the wonderful community we live in. This month we attended a Governor's Luncheon that raised funds for The Boy Scouts of America had the privilege of hearing Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb speak. What a great opportunity to participate in helping the youth of Indiana succeed!
Celebrations

And what would the holidays be without a live nativity and beautiful carriage ride. Our community was treated to both courtesy of Northridge Gracious Retirement Living in Fishers.
We are looking forward to all the good things this New Year will bring and spending time with all of you!
Marty the Painted Draft horse was a real trooper as he gave rides to everyone at this beautiful Christmas celebration, and Colleen Card, Director of Operations for Right at Home made a new friend. The animals in the nativity were very gracious as well as they posed for photos, even the camel!
