With more than 25 years of business experience focused on marketing, strategy, and customer service, Kimberley's focus has always been on the customer. Her goal is to help people find and get what they want and need, when they need it. Her vast experience as a manager and trainer ensure that caregivers continue to grow both personally and professionally, so they can deliver high quality care. Her past roles with Fortune 100 firms have proven her ability to lead as well as help teams succeed.

Kimberley's drive to solve problems and help others led her to open a Right at Home in her home of Greater Jacksonville. She is a Nocatee resident and active in that community.

At home, Kimberley enjoys spending time with her husband Keith and their two daughters. They love to travel, but are equally happy exploring Florida's beautiful First Coast. She always tries to make time for photography, reading, cooking a new recipe, and taking long walks in the sun.

Keith is a difference maker for families and the Greater Jacksonville community. Throughout his 25 years of business experience he has dedicated himself to listening, learning about client needs, developing a plan of action, and delivering service that exceeds expectations. Helping people live safely and well in their homes is a natural extension of Keith’s experience in helping people with their personal financial health and building small businesses through commercial real estate. He has completed CNA training so he can apply hands-on, practical knowledge as a Right at Home owner.

At home Keith loves spending time with his family. The beautiful Florida weather encourages him, Kimberley, and their two daughters to spend time outside riding bikes, swimming, and playing on the beach.

Carrie Johnson HR & Office Manager

Carrie Johnson
HR & Office Manager

Carrie Johnson is Right at Home’s Human Resources and Office Manager. She has worked in the healthcare industry for more than 15 years, primarily with the elderly and differently-abled. She has served as a Memory Care Program Director, Case Manager, and Case Management Supervisor in a number of businesses and organizations across several different states.

Carrie was born and raised in Knoxville, TN. She’s also lived in Atlanta and New Orleans before moving to Jacksonville, which she now calls home.

Carrie received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee and her MBA from the University of Georgia. Carrie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, participating in activities such as hiking and camping, soaking up the sun, and sometimes curling up with her cat and a good book. On Saturdays in the fall, Carrie can be found in front of the TV cheering on her Tennessee Vols.


Sarah Thompkins, Care & Staffing Manager

As a Care Manager and the staffing lead for the company, Sarah is at the center of Right at Home’s daily operations. Her goal is to make great matches between her clients and caregivers because she cares deeply about them. She handles questions, compliments, comments and the inevitable unexpected with patience and calm.

Sarah has more than 27 years of industry experience. She is an experienced CNA, Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant, Scheduler and confidante and enjoys helping people every day.

Sarah enjoys music, cooking, and walking on the beach, and she has a special love for traveling and for her family. She sees her work as an exciting journey, and she is looking forward to moving right along with Right at Home.


Misha Degolyer, Care & Recruitment Manager

Misha is a recent leadership team hire but is not at all new to home care; she has been in the care business since 2004, serving as a care manager in three different states. As Right at Home’s Care and Recruitment Manager, Misha's job is to find helpful, skilled and responsible caregivers, and then help ensure that care runs in just the right way for clients and families.

Misha always wears a smile and likes helping people in need. Her favorite part of work is getting that feeling that she's making a difference in someone’s life.

After she's done in the office, Misha's favorite activity is to spend time with her husband and seven grown children, particularly when they are doing a fun outdoor activity or going to Disney. Misha sees great things ahead for Right at Home and looks forward to growing with the company.


Judy Guerra, RN

Judy has been in the healthcare field as a Registered Nurse for more than 20 years. For Judy, caring for patients is a passion. Judy enjoys interacting with families and making sure they understand what is going on with their loved one.

She takes an active part in client care and safety by contributing to Right at Home’s care plans and providing coaching to caregivers. When asked to be a member of the Right at Home team, she was excited to say yes and to do what she loves.

When not working, Judy enjoys spending time with her husband and four children, playing card games, serving at church, and hanging out at the beach. Judy really enjoys cooking and sharing meals with others.
