Vikki Longwell
Nurse Administrator
I'm a Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Kansas. When not focused on caring for clients and supporting my team at Right at Home, I enjoy traveling, being with friends and family, yoga, and being outside. Prior to a homecare career, I spent 22 years in NICU at St. Luke’s Hospital, and one year at Lab Corp. I find life exciting because there are always new experiences, new challenges, and great people to meet. I've happily lived here in Overland Park all my life.
Monica Zylstra
Clinical Liaison and
Assistant Nurse Administrator
I am an LPN licensed in multiple states with 48 years’ experience in outpatient setting corrections, home health, hospice and regulatory compliance. When not working with the Right at Home team, I enjoy walking, reading, and spending time with family and friends, especially my 2 granddaughters. I have a passion for the patient care experience.
Vicki Ojeda
Director of Human Resources
I studied business and fashion merchandising before starting in the home care industry in Denver where I worked 10 years. We then moved to Albuquerque, NM where I worked for Lincare and did DME sales. After moving to Kansas I worked for a nursing agency and did staffing after hours for 6 plus years. I then accepted a Director of Operations position for an agency where I was able to utilize my skills before coming to RAH. I love working for RAH for so many reasons which include the team culture, client care and our amazing caregivers. My husband and I have been married since 1999 and have 3 kids Noah, Tristan and Elizabeth along with our golden-doodle Max. I love spending time with my forever friends and taking family vacations. I speak Spanish which seems to help when vacationing in Mexico with my friends. I pride myself on loyalty, honesty and integrity.
Ernestine Lyons
Care Manager
I retired in 2001 from TWA with 26 years of experience. After caring for my mother and my husband at their end of life, I decided caregiving was a strength of mine. I have been a care professional for Right at Home now for seven years. I love to cook for family and enjoy my grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and three wonderful dogs. I enjoy my Right at Home family because we truly care about each other and work as a team. It is all about our clients and care professionals. Outside work I have a busy life with 13 brothers and sisters. I am right in the middle of the bunch, 6 under and 6 above. Everyone says I am the life of the party, which is probably true because I love to make people laugh. A key to life, I enjoy every day.
Dorothy Hart
Staffing Coordinator
Caring for others has always been my nature and in 2019, I obtained my CNA. I have worked in a facility, hospital, and home health agency. Prior to becoming a certified nursing assistant, I was an administrative assistant in mortgage and hardscapes. I have brought all that experience together and joined RAH to bring a wonderful experience to clients and caregivers alike. I have a passion for people and strive to bring peace and ease to other people’s lives. Outside of work I love spending time with my children, reading, and getting outside. I also spend time working on my bachelor's in psychology. “Love and compassion are necessities not luxuries, without them humanity cannot survive,” Dalai Lama.
Kate Willnauer
Community Liaison
I have a deep connection with the elderly, beginning at a young age I helped my hard-of-hearing grandfather and my grandmother with Alzheimer's who recognized me for redheaded-likeness to my grandfather. This experience inspired me to study Gerontology and Communication Sciences and Disorders at Kansas State University. I began my professional career in Kansas City, advocating and supporting seniors at Serviam Care Network. I am excited to join the team at Right At Home, where I can directly engage with clients and utilize my empathetic nature and communication skills to share what we do with others. Outside of work I love weightlifting, singing, and swing dancing at Guitars and Cadillacs! I also love spending time playing Catan with my family.
