Alicia Nieves
Human Resources Manager
Hi, my name is Alicia Nieves and I am the Human Resources Manager. I am responsible for the day to day operations of recruitment, and staff development. My role is to recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff. I create employee training materials that are compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. I began my journey with Right at Home as a caregiver in September of 2019 and I’ve enjoyed every day since.
I reside in Coatesville, Pa with my 4 children where I have lived my whole life. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I am a very big Disney fan and love going to Disney at least once a year. In my spare time I like to help party plan and create crafts with my cricut.

Belinda Paxton, Home Care Scheduler, CNA
Hi, my name is Belinda and I became a member of the Right at Home team in February of 2016. I came on board as a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) caregiver. I worked previously as an office manager for 20 years. I felt I needed to do something more rewarding with my life. The Lord charted my path when my grandmother became ill and I had to assist with her care. At the age of 50 I went back to school and received my license as a CNA.
It is such a rewarding job being able to assist the clients with their care, and being able to help them remain in their homes. I give care from my heart to their hearts. In April of 2020 I moved into the office as a scheduler. I now coordinate the schedules between the clients and the caregivers. I take care of weekly schedules and make adjustments for appointments, transportation, vacations, etc. I am the one that you will usually speak with on the phone. I also assist with any additional training that the caregivers might require.
I love what I do and I am so thankful for all of you, the clients and the caregivers.
I was born in Lancaster County, PA and grew up in the heart of the Amish Community. I live with my husband and have 3 grown children and 4 almost 5 grandchildren. I love the mountains and nature. I enjoy photography, crocheting, sewing/quilting, my plants, and playing games with my parents. Life is good and I treasure every day. I am so blessed.
