Your Career as a Caregiver

A Note about COVID-19

Now, more than ever, it’s clear how essential caregivers really are. The people we serve rely on our caregivers, not just for companionship during a time of isolation, but also for assistance with their basic needs. Without dedicated caregivers, many seniors and adults with disabilities would be left with little support. You can make all the difference.

Right at Home Lima is a fantastic place to work!

Our doors are always open and our phones are always on. Our caregivers can reach us at any time and we support them in any way that we possibly can. They care for our clients, and we care for them.

We value our Right at Home caregivers and feel it's important they have opportunities for growth on a trusted and respected team.

Read more below about the unique positions we offer, along with the training and support we provide to every Right at Home caregiver.

Benefits of Working for Right at Home Lima

Right at Home Lima is one of the highest paying agencies in the area. We have a unique culture and are very supportive of our caregivers, offering a monthly "fill-up" where we invite caregivers to come in for an education piece with food and beverage provided. We treat this like a support group and the caregivers are free to discuss any issues they may be encountering in their lives while enjoying a meal together. We take care of our caregivers and offer several incentives such as same day pay for caregivers who pick up a same day shift. Each caregiver has a Right at Home issued debit card so that they receive payment promptly after a same day shift. Right at Home Lima shows our caregivers recognition in many ways such as giving a $20 gas card to those who have perfect attendance for the month.

Types of Caregiving

Though some of our clients will need more advanced care, including hygiene assistance, others are simply looking for help with their everyday routines or assistance in recuperating from a hospital stay. This means that no matter your current training or skill level, chances are we have a position for you.
