Lauren Miller
Owner
Lauren Miller comes to Right at Home a seasoned business owner with experience in sales and marketing within various industries. She received her B.A and M.A. in History from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro. Lauren’s interest in history was brought about by her father and his service in World War II. When she was 18, her father became ill. This was the first experience she and her family had with home care and hospice. The experience resonated with her, beginning a life long desire to aid families in her same situation.
Lauren’s career has taken her from Account Executive at a regional lifestyle publication, to pharmaceutical sales for a specialty pharmaceutical company, to business owner. Most recently, Lauren worked as Director of Franchise Development for an Arkansas based franchise system. It wasn’t until after her aging mother needed home care, that she realized the need for better options in her area. After a less than stellar experience with another local company, coupled with Lauren’s lifelong desire to care for people, it became more evident this was her true calling. It is her desire to bring a high standard of care to the Central Arkansas area, serving families and their loved ones with compassion, empathy and respect.
Lauren is a native Arkansan, originally from Northeast Arkansas. She has made Central Arkansas home and considers Little Rock her “chosen hometown”. She has 2 children and is actively involved in her church, neighborhood and community. While she is not serving clients and families, she enjoys spending time with friends, gardening and entertaining in her home. She is an active member of her neighborhood Property Owners Association Board of Directors and proudly volunteers and supports the 20th Century Club where she enjoys spending time with patients receiving cancer treatment at local facilities.
