Your Career as a Caregiver

A Note about COVID-19

Now, more than ever, it’s clear how essential caregivers really are. The people we serve rely on our caregivers, not just for companionship during a time of isolation, but also for assistance with their basic needs. Without dedicated caregivers, many seniors and adults with disabilities would be left with little support. You can make all the difference.

When you become a caregiver, no day will ever be exactly the same as the last. No matter what type of caregiving you provide, you will always have a wide variety of duties and experiences.

And that’s important to us.

Caregivers are the heart of Right at Home Little Rock Metro. We know our company couldn’t exist without you, which is why it’s so important to us to keep your passion strong and to ensure your needs are met.

Why Right at Home?

Right at Home Metro Little Rock provides flexible scheduling, with full time and part time shifts available, and works hard to find good matches between clients and caregivers. We offer weekly pay as we know our caregivers work hard and we want to reward them for that weekly. There is a monthly in-service training on our online training platform as well as quarterly drop-in in-service trainings in our office that we offer as well. Our support of our caregivers is 24/7. We don't have an answering service, instead when someone calls after hours, it's someone with Right at Home Metro Little Rock who knows them, knows their clients and truly cares.

Our office has a great culture of support and commitment not only to our clients but also to our team members. Caregivers are the lifeblood of the organization, and we strive to create a positive experience for everyone. We value our caregivers as though they are family and we strive to create a collaborative, approachable and authentic environment for our caregivers. We work to improve the quality of life for our caregivers and the clients we serve.

Caregivers of the Year

At Right at Home, we believe in delivering the highest quality care to our clients and their families. Every year, we reward the caregivers who go above and beyond with our Caregiver of the Year award, presented at our international conference.
