We have a diverse team to facilitate matching our caregivers to the right client. A wide spectrum of ages, languages, interests and background reflects the dynamic city that is New York. We are dedicated to helping you to age in place right in the city where your friends, passions and favorite activities are.
Our Caregivers are specially trained to provide just the services your loved one needs. Our custom care plans are created based on a thorough needs assessment. Before being matched with a caregiver, our clients will meet with a staffing manager who will learn about their needs and personality. If, for some reason, the first caregiver isn’t a good match, we’ll happily find a more suitable caregiver for you. We are committed to matching each client with the best possible caregiver for their needs as well as developing a customized care plan.
To ensure quality care and customer service, we have implemented leading edge technology services at no charge to you. These include clock in and clock out telephony calls for confirming that the aides fulfill their shifts; a "Family Room" web portal that allows family members to check on schedules, bills, calendars and the shift details of aides from any computer or mobile devices with an internet connection.
