Work With Us
We are looking for people who are as driven as we are to improve the quality of life for those we serve. It’s an incredibly rewarding mission that our team is dedicated to achieving. Our support staff and caregivers play key roles in empowering seniors and adults with disabilities with the support they need to remain in their homes. It’s not just a bonus—in our eyes, it’s the basis of everything we do. If you’d like to help us live out our mission, join our team!
By 2050, 1.6 billion people in the world will be over age 65. That is over a billion reasons to care. Guided by our core values, we intend to help these seniors remain in their homes.

The Heart of Who We Are
Just like there’s no one kind of patient, at Right at Home, there’s no one kind of caregiver. For some, being a caregiver could mean spending time with elderly clients to keep them company. For others, it could mean using trained nursing skills to help seniors and adults with disabilities stay healthy.
One thing’s for sure, though, regardless of what kind of caregiver you want to be, your career is important to us. We know that caregivers who are fulfilled, trusted, well-trained and supported are better caregivers. That’s why we make sure they’re given every opportunity, right from the very beginning.
Hear From Our Caregivers
Cheryl Chambers
“What I enjoy most about my job is the opportunity to help others. I absolutely love, love, love what I do! You cannot stay content as a caregiver, you need to have a strong passion for caring for others. My success stories are when I take care of my clients, and they request to have me back to help them. It means a lot to me, and it tells me that I did something right.
The most important skill, in my opinion to do this job, is patience, understanding, and not taking things personally. The client you are caring for cannot always control how they feel but they always deserve to be treated with respect. The most important lesson I have learned in my role is to report anything unusual or out of the ordinary about my clients. They may be getting sick, and you do not want to report anything unusual or out of the ordinary about my clients. They may be getting sick, and you do not want to wait. Many time, is as simple as informing their family or the office.”

“I love assisting our clients, so they can stay in their own homes, I joined Right at Home because we both have the same goals of keeping our adult seniors in their homes and I wanted to provide the same level of care that Right at Home does.
I feel that I have a unique personality, and I can help make any situation better. I am easy going and always willing to jump in and help! The one thing I always do to set the tone at my visits is walk in with a smile.
A success that sticks out to me is that I work with a client that has multiple needs such as personal care and companion care. This client often feels isolated and a little lonely but when I visit, they always have a big grin on their face, and they tell me how happy they are that I’m here. To me, that is a success story.
To be successful in this position, you need to have good communication skills, compassion and empathy. It’s important to me to always do what is best for our clients. So, staying alert, visual and observant is vital as a caregiver.”

“I love helping those in need! I was inspired to join Right at Home after a friend approached me about changing jobs so that I could enjoy going to work and focusing on what I love…caring for others. And through my journey I believe that I have built strong bonds with our clients. To be successful as a caregiver, I believe that you should develop a relationship with your clients and learn about them so that you can best understand their needs! You must be compassionate! Kindness is completely free! I believe that caring for others requires a special type of person. I also believe that you must be a natural nurturer. I have discovered that people of all ages and backgrounds struggle with managing their daily lives and I have found that I am a natural nurturer, and I genuinely enjoy caring for others as a professional caregiver!"
