Reid Grier is the Owner of Right at Home Miami Beach. Prior to Right at Home, Reid spent several years in investment banking and private equity with Piper Jaffray & Co., Zabel Companies and Comvest Partners. Reid grew up in South Carolina and went to college in Virginia and has always had a passion for helping others, no matter the situation. Outside of Right at Home, Reid enjoys spending time with his wife, Chandler, his daughter, Eva, and his dog, Rudy, while also serving for organizations like his local church, Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Parkinson’s Foundation.

Miralys Vazquezbello is the VP of Operations at Right at Home Miami Beach. Miralys has over 31 years of experience in home health care and has developed knowledge and deep relationships throughout her time in the industry. She finds joy in helping families have the peace of mind in knowing their loved ones are being cared for. Outside of work, Miralys enjoys spending time with her son, family, and friends. She is active in her local church and community.

Lizdayana is a newly graduated nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient-centered care and maintaining good relationships with clients. She thrives in chaos and is always ready to solve any issues that arise with clients or staff. When not at work, Lizdayana enjoys reading, listening to music, and gaming on her pc.

Jany Leal is the Administrative Coordinator at Right at Home Miami. She was born in Cuba and came to the United States in 2001. At that time, Jany wanted to better herself by learning English and earned a degree in Medical Administration in 2010. She has over 11 years of experience in home healthcare. In her free time, she loves cooking and spending time with her family.

Christian is in charge of Human Resources at Right at Home Miami Beach. He has recently transitioned into his first role in Human Resources and is eager to learn. With a keen interest in employee development and organizational growth, he is ready to apply his strong communication and problem-solving skills to create a positive work environment. Christian enjoys watching movies, trying new foods, and coding in his free time.

Isabella is our dedicated Office Manager. She graduated from high school in 2025 and simultaneously earned her Associate's degree from Doral College. She plans to continue her education, pursuing a career as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). In her free time, Isabella enjoys spending quality time with her family, friends, and her dog, Penny. She has a passion for outdoor activities such as camping and ATV riding, and she’s a fan of country music. Known for her kind heart and laughter, Isabella especially enjoys listening to and learning from the wisdom of older generations.

Yaileen is the Care Manager for Right at Home. She is a recent nursing graduate who is eagerly awaiting to take the licensing exam and begin a career in healthcare. She enjoys spending time with her loved ones and traveling to new places. With a strong commitment to both learning and exploring, Yaileen is excited to embark on the next chapter of her professional journey.

Lian has over 25 years in the corporate sector with expertise in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies, managing cross-functional teams and most importantly cultivating strong client relationships. She is passionate about delivering results and fostering collaboration. She believes that exceptional customer service is the foundation of any successful business. She has a strong commitment to paying it forward whether by sharing knowledge, offering assistance, or creating opportunities for others to thrive.

She enjoys spending time her family and traveling and is active in her church and faith. She is a community leader and volunteers much of her time mentoring families with loved ones with disabilities. She dedicates time to the non-profit sector while sitting on selected Boards of Directors in the Miami-Ft. Lauderdale area. Her favorite daily motto which she lives by is "Living in Kindness".

Javi is a pragmatic and perfection-driven professional, with a strong focus on problem-solving and error prevention. His background as a Licentiate in English has equipped him with exceptional analytical and communication skills, which he applies with precision to every task. In addition to his passion for language, Javi is an enthusiastic musician and an avid gamer. These hobbies have taught him the importance of creativity, collaboration, and strategy, qualities that he also brings to his work.

Rudy is the Chief Entertainment Officer at Right at Home Miami Beach. He has very little experience with anything, but loves playing with sticks, swimming and taking long walks on the beach. During work, he likes to walk from office to office and make sure everybody is kept in check. He was born in Tampa, Florida but recently moved to the Miami area because he heard the fishing was better down here.
