Meet the Owner and Office Staff for Right at Home Miami
Reid Grier, Owner
Reid Grier is the Owner of Right at Home Miami. Prior to Right at Home, Reid spent several years in investment banking and private equity with Piper Jaffray & Co., Zabel Companies and Comvest Partners. Reid grew up in South Carolina and went to college in Virginia and has always had a passion for helping others, no matter the situation. Outside of Right at Home, Reid enjoys spending time with his wife, Chandler, his daughter, Eva, and his dog, Rudy, while also serving for organizations like his local church, Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Parkinson’s Foundation.
Miralys Vazquezbello, Administrator / Executive Director
Miralys Vazquezbello is the Office Manager at Right at Home Miami. Miralys has over 27 years of experience in home health care and has developed knowledge and deep relationships throughout her time in the industry. She finds joy in helping families have the peace of mind in knowing their loved ones are being cared for. Outside of work, Miralys enjoys spending time with her son, family, and friends. She is active in her local church and community.
Jany Leal, Administrative Coordinator
Jany Leal is the Administrative Coordinator at Right at Home Miami. She was born in Cuba and came to the United States in 2001. At that time, Jany wanted to better herself by learning English and earned a degree in Medical Administration in 2010. She has over 11 years of experience in home healthcare. In her free time, she loves cooking and spending time with her family.
Rudy, Chief Entertainment Officer
Rudy is the Chief Entertainment Officer at Right at Home Miami. He has very little experience with anything, but loves playing with sticks, swimming and taking long walks on the beach. During work, he likes to walk from office to office and make sure everybody is kept in check. He was born in Tampa, Florida but recently moved to the Miami area because he heard the fishing was better down here.
