Carol Brohmer, RN and Robert Brohmer, LMFT
Carol is a Registered Nurse and Robert is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. They are excited to bring their skills, experience, and lifelong desire to serve Sonoma County to Right at Home. They are passionate about caring for seniors and disabled adults who wish to remain in their current environment, whether in a home or a community setting, and to minimize unnecessary moves. Robin Affonso R.N., Care Manager
Robin is a registered nurse with a bachelor’s degree from San Jose State University and worked as a nurse for many years. She has worked in hospital, clinic, and home care settings, and has enjoyed the experiences of working with clients’ of all ages. Robin is enjoying the transition to Right At Home. Through the years, she has appreciated the flexibility nursing has offered that allowed her to work, raise a family, and pursue many other interests. She has completed training programs in Alzheimer’s and dementia care. She is currently undergoing training in Parkinson’s and other related issues. She is passionate about giving excellent value to her client’s, through overseeing and helping manage their care to best meet their individual needs at home. In her spare time, Robin is an active wife, mother, and grandmother, and enjoys swimming, hiking, bicycling, and gardening, as well as involvement with her church. She owns a couple of businesses, one that features custom designed stained glass windows.
Lynda Tillman, L.V.N., Care Manager
Lynda has worked in various positions, from charge nurse, staff developer, infection control nurse and most recently an Assisted Living Nurse for one of the top facilities in Sonoma County. She is excited about working with Right at Home and Carol Brohmer, R.N. where she can focus her skills and talents on the families we serve and on supporting them to remain in their homes. She has three daughters and eight grandchildren. Six of them live in the area, which is wonderful! Her favorite role model is Mother Theresa. She loves to garden, travel, bake, and has a beagle named Shelby. For Lynda, it’s all about doing what’s right for one another.
Trinidad Rios, Community Relations Manager
Trinidad Rios has spent 25 years assisting clients as a relationship manager. He prides himself on listening to the clients’ needs, assessing the urgency and delivering a tailored service with attention to customer satisfaction through the process. With his own aging parents he learned firsthand the importance of having quality, trusted home care, and gave him a desire to ensure other had the same. Trinidad grew up in Northern California and attended the SRJC and University of San Francisco. On his off days he enjoys being outdoors and doing activities with his son.
Beki Benjamin, Scheduler
Beki has been in the healthcare industry for 18 years. She started out as a CNA in a hospital. As a CNA, she worked in the ICU and on the Cardiac unit and as an Emergency Room Technician. She also worked for a couple of years as a Hospice Home Health Aid. Her favorite part was not only taking care of the patients but also connecting with the families. Beki loved the excitement and the difficult cases that came through the ER! She has four kids who keep her very busy, but when she gets time to herself she loves going to the gym, hiking, going to the beach and kayaking.
Nicole Placente, Scheduler
Nicole has lived in the Sonoma County her entire life where she recently graduated from the Santa Rosa Junior College with an associate’s degree in medical assisting for both clinical and administrative. She completed her clinical hours through the dermatology office at Kaiser, Right at Home, and Vista Family Health Center, a branch of the Santa Rosa Community Health Centers. To support herself through school she worked in retail for almost two years and for a mobile vaccine clinic for dogs and cats. She went into the medical field because she has always wanted to help others. While growing up, she was her grandmother’s little helper around the house with whatever task needed to be done.
