Nicole Rocha Director of Care Quality and Field Manager at Right at Home Nashville

Nicole Rocha, Director of Care Quality

I am originally from Seoul, Korea. I moved to Michigan in 1973 prior to relocating to Murfreesboro in 2007. I have 20+ years of managing and serving in the Senior Care/Geriatric Care space and joined Right at Home - Nashville in 2013. I have always had a passion for helping people. Right at Home went above and beyond to assist me when my mother had surgery. It gave me piece of mind to know that my mom was taken care of while I was at work.

I love being able to meet one on one with clients and their family members and being able to train new caregivers that have a passion for helping others. The most fulfilling part of my position is knowing that I may have made a small difference in someone's life.

This experience motivates him to help our clients care needs change.

Robin Braud Recruiting and Hiring Manager at Right at Home Nashville

Robin Braud, Operations Compliance Manager

I started with Right at Home September 2016. I have been in the healthcare industry since 1988 when I started as a CNA. I had the privilege of helping take care of my dad during his decline, but more recently, I took care of my husband as his health declined. He passed away just a few years ago. Those experiences have helped me with our clients as I want to insure we match the best caregiver possible for their situation.

I am from the Nashville area and have lived here all my life – I come from a large family and have 5 children myself, so there is always a family activity going on.

Michelle Whittemore, Client Care Coordinator

I started with Right at Home March 2018. I’ve been in the healthcare industry since 1990, having worked in various roles. My grand-father, father and brother all served in the military, so I greatly appreciate that Right at Home takes great care of veterans. We have some wonderful caregivers and it’s very rewarding to see the right caregiver matched up with a client.

Alisa Johnson, Client Care Coordinator

I started with Right at Home a few years, but returned January 2022. I’ve been in the healthcare industry since 2004 and have always enjoyed helping other people in their time of need. Matching the right caregiver to a client brings me a lot of satisfaction.

Jonae Mays, Client Care Coordinator

I started with Right at Home in May 2023. I have been in healthcare since 2008 – my mother was my inspiration – she has always been a nurse. I get the most satisfaction when I’m able to match the right caregiver to each client. I appreciate how Right at Home takes care of veterans as well. My father was in the Army for 24 years until he retired.
