Meet Our Team, Our Family

We all know it. A business is only as good as its people. Right at Home Norman's team surpasses the highest industry standards, provides professionally-trained compassionate care, and unparalleled personal service. As a team, we're delighted to bring an extraordinary experience to every client, every day.

Joe Parsons | Director Of Business Development, Norman Office

Joe Parsons-Director of Business Development in NormanI am the business development representative for Norman and the surrounding areas. My role is to build relationships with referral sources as well as visit with family members to educate them on the different services we provide and how we can improve the quality of life for those we serve. I am a committed advocate for our clients and the senior community we serve.

Before joining the Right At Home team I spent five years working in the Senior health care industry. I started on my path working in a Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care Community as well as working in a Retirement Community. My background prior to this was in the Maritime industry where I worked as a USCG licensed Captain. I moved to Oklahoma several years ago with my previous Maritime background and decided it was time to change course!

That initial position at the Skilled/Long term Care Community made me realize how much I enjoyed helping others. I looked forward every day to seeing the long-term residents as well as the patients that were only there for a short time for rehabilitation. They quickly became like family to me! Being able to get up and go to work with a purpose each and every day is so important to me, so when I came on board with Right At Home, I still get that feeling. Going home at night knowing I have helped at least one person in some small way is truly a blessing! I am so honored and grateful to be a part of such a great team.

Rebekah Vieth | Director of Business Development, Edmond Office

Rebekah Vieth-Director of Business Development in EdmondI have been serving as a Right at Home representative for the Edmond area since February of 2018. My role is to stay connected with the community by maintaining relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, senior living communities, home health agencies, hospice companies, etc. I strive each day to provide beneficial education about Right at Home services and provide community resources to help individuals obtain all the support they need. I spend as much time as needed to meet with prospects and families to help navigate transitions.

I was motivated to pursue a career in healthcare because of my passion and dedication to help others. After, receiving my bachelors from Oklahoma State University I went and completed my Masters in Healthcare Administration to gain a better understanding of our healthcare system. I love going to work each and every day, knowing I am making a difference.

On a personal note, an experience within my own family drives me to always educate and support seniors. When my grandparents were in need of help we were not sure where to start. I wish back then we would have had more direction and resources presented to us. I am grateful that working with Right at Home I am able to help families with difficult transitions. During my time at Right at Home it definitely has been more rewarding than I could ever imagine.
