Full Time Caregiver/CNA

The position will be a go-between for the office leadership team and our field operations. This position will work mostly in the field providing direct client care and supervisory duties with some occasional office/administrative duties. Full time Caregiver / CNA will work staggered hours during the week, which may include weekends and/or evenings. Hours to be discussed during interview.


  • Cover client shifts as needed, including, but not limited to call-offs and short-notice requests from clients, and ongoing assignments.
  • Assist Client Care Manager with scheduling activities as requested.
  • Assist HR Manager and Nurse Manager with training of new and current Care Team members, provide in-person training during new employee orientations and conduct follow-up to ensure employee compliance with initial and annual training requirements.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to CNA Training Program.


  • Two years of experience as a Caregiver, CNA or HHA in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment, or completion of a CNA Program.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills (oral and written) and exceptional telephone skills and very good office and computer skills and organizational abilities (Microsoft Office).
  • Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner.
  • Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends.
  • Approachable, collaborative, accountable and authentic.


  • Annual salary: $37,500
  • Additional hourly pay available for any client care shifts assigned outside of regular scheduled hours. Additional hours will be paid at standard caregiver/CNA shift rate.
  • Two weeks of paid vacation. Unused vacation time will not rollover to subsequent years but can be requested as payout at the end of the calendar year. All paid time off must be formally requested of and approved by management.
  • 3 paid mental health days/year, pending approval from management.
