Regi Mathews MBA, MST, CNA
CEO/Owner.
Having worked in corporate America for over 30 years this is his second calling in the pursuit for giving back to the community and running his own venture. At Right At Home, he supervises all aspects of the business with particular attention to client relations, legal, accounting and performance based functions.
My passion for working with people from all walks of life and ages and connecting with the families of our clients have been the singular joy of my life.

Having being a ‘stay at home’ mother of four wonderful children with successful careers in medicine, engineering and the business field I decided it was time to used my talents and passion for working with people to good use. I joined my husband, Regi, in launching the Right At Home venture and never looked back! I’m very much a ‘hands on’ manager and handle all aspects of supervising the corporate staff, scheduling of aides, accounting, hiring, client relations… To put it in my husband’s words: “My wife works and I watch!”
The work is challenging, but at the end of the day, when my head hits the pillow, I go to sleep with the satisfaction that I’ve provided, in some small way, service to our clients that they so richly deserve.

After graduating from UConn with a BS majoring in Chemistry, I was working at Unilever as a research analyst for a few years and like my dad, Regi, constantly keeps saying: “I made Nathan an offer he couldn’t refuse. You join us at Right at home or we will break your legs!” I always had a keen interest in the ‘health sciences’ and thought that the opportunity to work for oneself and run a ‘in-home care’ agency would be the ideal ground to explore my talents of working with people, assist in bringing fresh perspectives to the business and grow the services while getting a ring side seat at all aspects of running a health care venture. I’ve been instrumental in setting up all facets of IT, marketing initiatives, NYS DOH licenses ordinances, interaction with various Insurance companies and supervising the operations of the agency. After a few years with the company, I went back for my MBA with a specialization in Healthcare to focus our efforts on 'improving the life for those we serve'.
The work has been an exhilarating experience and the interactions with the clients and aides have been very uplifting, I truly think that I've found a tremendous amount of satisfaction in this line of service.
