Samantha has been a valued member of the Right at Home Northern Colorado team since September 2023. Born in Casper, Wyoming, and raised between Loveland and Fort Collins, Samantha has deep roots in the Northern Colorado area.

Driven by a desire to experience the world of non-medical home care, Samantha joined the RAH NoCo team to bring her passion for caregiving and dedication to supporting others. With a background in healthcare dating back to 2013, she initially pursued a criminal justice degree before transitioning into healthcare. Starting as a homemaker/companion, she later became a CNA and has remained in the field ever since.

Outside of work, Samantha enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband, two daughters, and her nephew, who she lovingly considers like a son. A fun fact about Samantha is her unique journey into healthcare, blending her early education in criminal justice with a deep commitment to caring for others in the healthcare industry.

Lisa Bradford joined Right at Home NoCo after recognizing a unique opportunity to be part of a team that truly prioritizes the well-being of both clients and caregivers. She was drawn to Patti’s commitment to training in Person-Centered Care and the SPECAL® Method—an approach that aligns perfectly with Lisa’s belief that caring for others begins with supporting caregivers themselves. She’s passionate about creating a caregiving culture that values personal wellness, strong support systems, and sustainability in the profession.

Outside of work, Lisa recharges by spending time outdoors with her family—hiking, paddle boarding, and walking her dogs through the beautiful Colorado landscape.

Her most fulfilling role was as the Development Manager for the Northern Colorado Alzheimer's Association, where she had the opportunity to get to know Patti and Right at Home—literally neighbors at the time. Ten years later, Danielle is now proud to be part of the Right at Home team.

Danielle is passionate about supporting the elders in her community, whether through community activities, her gardening business, Heart and Soil Gardening, or simply taking the time to share a cup of tea and hear their fascinating life stories.

Outside of work, Danielle enjoys baking cookies, gardening, and spending time with her husband and dog. Together, they love walking around Downtown Loveland, enjoying a local beer, and checking out live music.
