"They (Right at Home) come on time and I like that I can keep track of the schedule or invoices online. They care for my loved one and they take the pressure off of me. Mary King does what my wife wants her to do, and she comes right on time. She cooks, does the house chores, makes the bed, and she massages my wife. She talks with Betty and has really bonded with my wife. The scheduler is great and they respond to me quickly. She's always enthusiastic."

"I have two really great caregivers. When they come in, they'll sit down and have a conversation and ask what is needed. I used to use them once a week, but my condition has gotten better, so I switched to every other week. I have no complaints. She's just dedicated. She likes her job, she's friendly, and she talks with me. Her work ethic is great. She's very equipped and talented. She knows my history and knows how to handle my problems. Every time I get up, she's always watching. She gets along with my cat. She has passion for the work that she does. She's very dedicated. Brian and Yolanda are great. If I have a problem, they'll handle it quickly. They always call to notify me of any schedule changes. She'll always ask what I need each day."

"Dear Gale and Staff, I want to express my deep appreciation for all the help you gave our family in taking care of our mom. You and everyone I've talked to and worked with have been wonderful. It's been a long 5+ years but with your help, Mom has had a wonderful life in her own home. Your care helpers to give her a graceful way to age, everything she always wanted. Thank you again for providing such wonderful support up until the very end."

"They (Right at Home) are excellent. Our caregiver is just excellent. She does all the things she needs to do for my husband. She relieves my loved one which impacts daily household chores and laundry. She is smart, intuitive, caring. She shows up on time, looks professional, friendly and cheerful. She does the laundry, cleans the kitchen, and changes the sheets on the bed and washes them. She has a smile on her face, has a great attitude, and she asks what else she can do to help him."

Recognized For Our Devotion To Clients and Caregivers

Our goal is not to be the biggest home care company, it's to be the best home care company in the Lake County area. The most accurate way to measure that standard is comparing ourselves to our peers. Home Care Pulse does exactly that by speaking with our clients and caregivers, and speaking with those of other companies throughout the nation. We're honored to receive 2024's Best of Home Care Leader in Excellence, Employer of Choice, and Provider of Choice awards. Our office received the Provider and Employer of Choice for the past 9 years in a row and Leader in Experience for the past 8 years in a row - the ONLY agency in Lake County to ever achieve such recognition. This recognition was only possible due to the dedication of service, quality and caring by all of our Caregivers and Office staff. Likewise, we're honored to receive Caring.com's 2024 Caring Super Star Award based on our clients' reviews. We've received this recognition the last 8 years in a row.

“This achievement is a testament to the unwavering dedication and exceptional care our team provides every single day. It's not just an award; it's a reassurance to families seeking quality care for their loved ones. When you choose us, you're selecting a provider recognized for excellence, compassion, and outstanding service." - owner, Mike Steiner
