Right at Home – Northern Michigan is owned and led by Jim Gall. Jim has been part of the Right at Home system since August 2012 when he took an early retirement after 27 years with The Dow Chemical Company. Jim has gone through extensive training, including various Right at Home programs, Alzheimer’s Association’s essentiALZ® Plus Advanced Dementia Care training, and with the Society of Certified Senior Advisors to earn the title of Certified Senior Advisor since 2013.
As the owner, Jim wear’s many hats, including overseeing the organization, researching and implementing programs to improve care for our clients as well as making Right at Home the best employer possible for our caregiver staff. And, he’s also been known to even pick up a shift or two now and then!

I have been in the healthcare field for over 20 years. My career started as a CNA and I worked in various areas (Medical Assisting, Pharmacy, Phlebotomy, and Nursing). As my four children grew up, I explored different aspects of healthcare and fell in love with the administrative side of healthcare. I have been working healthcare administration now for the last 10 years.
My name is Cammie Murgalski, I am the Facilities Manager for Right at Home. I graduated from Davenport University with my bachelors degree in Science and Case Management. I am the proud mother of two children and five grandchildren. I enjoy camping, fishing, bonfires, and spending time with my family and friends. Fall is my favorite season; I love Halloween and haunted houses. I may go over board with lights and decorations at Christmas time.
Aurora originally joined Right at Home in January of 2013 as a caregiver. Aurora started her current role in October 2016. Aurora was our 2015 Caregiver of the Year, finishing in the Top 20 in United States!
Aurora’s responsibilities include managing our payroll for our caregiver staff, overseeing our invoicing / billing processes with our clients, as well as helping with various other improvement projects.
