We want our caregivers (including homemakers / companions, home health aides and Certified Nursing Assistants) and office staff to be rewarded for their hard work, and to stay healthy, feel secure and maintain a positive work-life balance.

Our compensation package is very competitive within the industry and Mid-Michigan area. In addition, caregivers are paid weekly via direct deposit.
We provide mileage reimbursement when your shift involves approved transportation of clients to appointments, errands or community events.
We provide time and a half pay for holidays and participate in all MDHHS caregiver bonus programs. Additional incentives on a case-by-case basis may also apply.
