Jim Gall, Owner
Right at Home – Northern Michigan is owned and led by Jim Gall. Jim has been part of the Right at Home system since August 2012 when he took an early retirement after 27 years with The Dow Chemical Company. Jim has gone through extensive training, including various Right at Home programs, Alzheimer’s Association’s essentiALZ® Plus Advanced Dementia Care training, and with the Society of Certified Senior Advisors to earn the title of Certified Senior Advisor since 2013.
As the owner, Jim wear’s many hats, including overseeing the organization, researching and implementing programs to improve care for our clients as well as making Right at Home the best employer possible for our caregiver staff. And, he’s also been known to even pick up a shift or two now and then!

Rhoda Filcek, Director of Nursing
Rhoda joined Right at Home in March 2017. Rhoda has held nursing positions at a number of long-term care facilities. She has her nursing degree from Mid Michigan Community College.
Rhoda’s primary responsibilities include supervisory field visits to ensure our clients are getting the best care possible and to provide guidance to our caregiver staff, especially with ‘higher needs’ cases. Rhoda also helps to develop and implement our training programs for our caregivers.

Aurora Tyson, Payroll/Receivables Supervisor
Aurora originally joined Right at Home in January of 2013 as a caregiver. Aurora started her current role in October 2016. Aurora was our 2015 Caregiver of the Year, finishing in the Top 20 in United States!
Aurora’s responsibilities include managing our payroll for our caregiver staff, overseeing our invoicing / billing processes with our clients, as well as helping with various other improvement projects.

Melissa Kline, Employee Experience and Human Resources Supervisor
Melissa joined Right at Home in January 2019 as our Employee Experience & Human Resources Manager. Melissa brings a wealth of experience and knowledge. Nursing has been a passion since an early age and she has spent twenty-one years as Certified Nursing Assistant in a variety of fields, including cardiac, obstetric, pediatric, home care and skilled nursing. This has given her a great understanding of what caring is all about. She truly found her calling caring for the senior generation 16 years ago. Melissa has spent the last three years as a human resource supervisor, trainer and coach in an assisted living environment. Melissa is an Certified Basic Life Support Instructor and leads classes for their caregivers twice a month in the office training area. We feel it is important that all of our caregivers are able to perform CPR and ensure that our clients have trained staff for just that reason. Melissa’s responsibilities include overseeing the recruiting, hiring and managing HR for the office.

Kimberly Moldovan, Client Care Manager
Kimberly Joined Right at Home in March 2019. Kimberly has worked in long-term care and Home care for over 13 years, and more recently as a Senior Service Center Director for Midland County. She has her Bachelors of Science in Medical Case Management from Davenport University. Kimberly’s current role is managing our clients in Gratiot, Isabella, Clare, Gladwin and western Midland counties, scheduling, and improving our client and employee communication.

Katonha Conley, Scheduling Assistant
Katonha originally joined Right at Home in June 2016 as a caregiver after spending nearly 10 years working in the field. Katonha was promoted to Client Care Assistant in August 2016.
Katonha’s current responsibilities include overseeing the scheduling of our caregivers with our clients, following up on client Change in Condition reports, assisting with payroll and other administrative tasks around the office.

Christin Anderson, Community Liaison
Christin joined Right at Home in February 2019. Christin has been actively serving seniors in the tri-cities for over four years and is very passionate about finding and providing solutions for all of their needs. She has been personally and professionally affected by Alzheimer’s/dementia so she is fulfilled when she is able to assist families.
Christin is very knowledgeable in regards to local resources in our community that enable seniors to live as independently as long as possible in an effort to preserve their dignity! She serves on the Saginaw County Dementia Advisory Board, the local Alzheimer’s Association Walk To End Alzheimer’s Planning Committee, and in organizing a large networking group known as PASS (Professional Alliance for Senior Services). She has a background in home care as well as Assisted Living and Memory Care.
