"Sandi and her staff with Right at Home were exactly what our family needed to get my mom back on her feet. My mom was sent from a hospital stay to a long term care facility for 2 weeks to assist her in rehabilitation. This 2 week stay did not end well from my mom. She spent the next 3 weeks in CCU mostly on a ventilator. When it was time for her to leave the hospital my mom begged me to take her home. We don’t have any family in Texas and I knew I couldn’t do it alone. I called Sandi and she took it from there. Sandi went above and beyond to help us make the transition from hospital to home. Every step we took, she took with us. Assisting and cheering us on. She worked countless hours to ensure my mom’s care and caregivers were exactly what my mom needed. We had round the clock care for about 5 weeks and the Right at Home staff was always punctual, dependable and loving.
I am so thankful for Sandi and her passion to start her business, Right at Home. I am confident that my mother would not be alive if there wasn’t an alternative to tradition long term care. I am eternally grateful." — Jennifer K.
"In home health care assistance was a decision that needed to be made very quickly for our family. When I spoke with the representative from Right at Home I was impressed with the quick response to our situation. When our father was sent home with hospice we knew we needed help and upon arriving at home we were met with Sandi Heintz, the owner, and she was beyond helpful in explaining to us what services her company provided as well as keeping the hospice employee on task. The woman that Right at Home arranged to sit with our father that first night was a very sympathetic and understanding angel! Our father passed away 8 hours after arriving home and Nalli was exceedingly efficient and supportive to our entire family but most especially to our father. No one in our family was equipped to perform the medical task that were required to keep our father comfortable, but Nalli had the skills as well as the heart to lovingly care for him. We will forever be grateful for the tenderness and professionalism that Right at Home gave us during his final hours!" — Ron N.
“These caregivers truly saved my mother's life. My mother was in a horrible situation and it all happened New Year's Eve. They had a caregiver in my home the next morning. I had someone with her 24 hours until she was admitted into a memory care center. My mother adored all of her caregivers because they treated her as if she was their own mother. You can completely trust this service!” — Sue M.
"Nothing is perfect, but their employees are nice and helpful. I feel like I can trust their employees and they send the same caregivers. They send the same caregivers and that helps my loved one to feel more comfortable with them here. I am able to get out and run errands because of Right at Home. I am able to go have lunch with my daughters." — Dorothy E.
"They were very prompt and kind to my mom. They were easy to talk to and I felt like I was in good hands. The service was absolutely wonderful. They were very kind, considerate, and helpful. They were they there when I needed them." — Sandra K.
"They are flexible with scheduling and I can book them when I need them. I will use them more often in the future because until now it's been all over the place. My mom can stay at home with someone and it helps me get out of the house." —Becky C.
"I like the caregivers they have sent out, we used a previous company, and we went through caregivers so fast. We don't have this problem with Right at Home. They take over anything my husband needs and I don't need to be concerned with them because I know he is well taken care of." — Diann R.
"Your people are awesome. Thank you so much for the blanket received for Gloria’s birthday. I also want to tell you that my wife, my children, and I really like Ulu. She fits right in and we are very happy to have her as much as possible. Also Sarah and Dixie are fine people. Everyone that you have sent here is very good. So my compliments to you and your staff for all that you do." — Gerald S.
“It started with my 93 year old father falling and breaking 5 ribs. When he made it to rehab I realized he needed someone by his side 24/7. How could I know that Right at Home would be the answer to my prayers. Every caregiver treated my dad as if he was a member of their family. They stayed by his side when he had to go back to the hospital. They made sure the nursing staff treated him with dignity and respect. Not an easy task at times. They sat by his bed and held his hand when he was fearful and I couldn't be there to comfort him. Always professional, always on time, always going that extra mile. Thank you Valerie, Kim & Marcy and everyone at Right at Home. Couldn't have made it without you! All the best!” — Susan C.
"When I got sick, I knew I needed to have someone come in to help me at times. I'm pleased with them. They come when they tell you they'll come. I try to stay busy because I don't want to just depend on them to do my work for me. They come and watch me. They're just here in case I need them, but I don't usually need a lot of help." — Rhonda F.
