Brenda | Client Care Coordinator

Brenda is a retired RN. She worked as a Rehab nurse clinician at TIRR and has experience in Rehab spinal injuries, multiple traumas, Urology for 9 yrs. and occupational health injuries. Brenda also worked as a Hospice volunteer. She manages client care activities, personal client care and provides assistance in the areas of scheduling and caregiver recruiting.
Brittney | RightCare Staffing Coordinator

In 2014, Brittney joined Right at Home Northwest Houston & Katy as a caregiver and scheduler. That knowledge and dedication moved Brittney in 2017 to the position of Right Care Staffing Coordinator and After Hours On-Call representative. Her responsibilities are coordinating and maintaining scheduling for clients and employees. In addition, she helps with general clerical duties such as answering phones and greeting employees and applicants.
Brittney graduated from Katy High School, Texas Health School, and Tomball Beauty School. She has her Certified Nursing Assistant certification along with having her certification in Cosmetology.
In her words, she chose Right at Home Northwest Houston & Katy because of the company culture, values and growth within the company. The passion for helping others, helping them age gracefully, and the dedication to provide special care to live independent as possible are aspects she likes best about the company.
Spending quality time with her family and helping others is her passion when she has free time.
Shanna | RightTeam Care Coordinator

Shanna worked for another Right at Home franchise for 6 years before joining us at Right at Home Northwest Houston in 2019. She attended Lee College and has her CNA and Veterinarian Tech licenses.
Shanna is responsible for recruiting, hiring, training of caregivers and enhancing the overall caregiver experience.
When asked what lead you to choose Right at Home Northwest Houston, Shanna replied “love and passion for helping others”.
Shanna enjoys spending time with her children and being active in their lives. Not only does Shanna have a busy role at work, she is an AFJROTC Booster Club President, Girl Scout Leader and Facilitator and fosters animals.
Shawna | Registered Nurse

Shawna has her Associate in Nursing Degree and is an RN. She has worked in a hospital, Psych, Dialysis, Director of Nursing for Home Health, Supervising Nurse, and Occupational Medicine. As the RN delegate, Shawna is responsible for the oversight of patients that require a higher level of acuity. She also helps with hands on training for the Caregivers to provide exceptional care for the patients that we serve.
Stephanie | Bookkeeper

Stephanie joined the Right at Home Northwest Houston & Katy’s team in 2015. Beginning as a temporary assignment three years ago, “Sandi’s vision, mission and everything it stands for is why I continue to enjoy working for her and Right at Home Northwest Houston & Katy. I feel part of something great. Something meaningful,” Stephanie notes.
Stephanie has an AAS in Business / Human Resource Management and has experience as the Operations Manager for Houston NW Chamber of Commerce and Accounting Manager for Sidewinder Dental Equipment Services. Stephanie uses her accounting skills to processing weekly billing, bi-weekly payroll, accounts payable & receivable, monthly & quarterly reports to officers.
Stephanie enjoys volunteering for the Boy Scout organization and is the current Treasurer and prior Committee Chair.
