Beyond her professional role, Liz carries a heartwarming personal story – adopted at just 4 days old, she discovered later that her parents' prayers for a child coincided with her mother being one month pregnant with her sister. This extraordinary journey has deeply influenced Liz, fostering empathy and compassion for all of God's people.
Driven by a passion for caregiving, Liz found inspiration in the ability of in-home care services to allow individuals to safely remain in the comfort of their homes. Her dedication lies in ensuring that everyone she encounters understands the profound benefits of in-home care. Liz's commitment to making a positive impact is highlighted in her hospital and rehab visits, where a simple act of prayer brought solace to a disheartened client, demonstrating the genuine care that extends beyond the traditional scope of services.

Patty Cresap is a dedicated Community Liaison at Right at Home NW Houston, where she passionately educates families about the exceptional in-home care services available. Beyond her professional role, Patty has a love for decorating and maintains the spirit of a ballerina at heart. She cherishes spending time with her family and fur babies.
Inspired to help families find the best care for their loved ones, Patty finds great satisfaction in her work, particularly in supporting those dealing with Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and other chronic conditions. With eight years of experience, she is committed to making a positive impact during such emotional and challenging times.
Patty connects and collaborates with healthcare providers to offer education and strengthen community bonds. Guided by her faith and values, Patty believes in always being kind, loving, and supportive, embodying the belief that “even the smallest act of caring for another person is like a drop of water—it will make ripples throughout the entire pond.”
