Announcing November 2017's ...

CAREGIVER OF THE MONTH — JOYCE BAILEY

Please join us in congratulating our November 2017 Caregiver of the Month, Joyce Bailey! Joyce does a fantastic job being a Right at Home ambassador while providing the gold standard of care to her client at Wittenberg Village. Joyce regularly receives praise not only from her client and her client’s daughter, but from the staff at Wittenberg for the attentive and compassionate care she provides her client. In fact, Joyce is regularly approached by other residents and their family members to ask about what she does and how she might be able to help them.

In November, Joyce was able to refer a new client to the office because the client was impressed with the outstanding care that Joyce provides. Like our very best caregivers, Joyce always clocks in and out on time, turns in her care notes to the office, keeps the office informed in changes to her client’s condition, and rarely calls off her shifts. Joyce – thank you for the care you provide and your dedication to the Right at Home team.

As a reward for earning the Caregiver of the Month award, Joyce will be awarded a $100 bonus, given Right at Home apparel, have her name engraved on the Caregiver of the Month plaque in our office, and receive company-wide recognition.

TEAM PLAYER OF THE MONTH — MICHELLE LACEY

Please join us in congratulating Michelle Lacey, our November 2017 Team Player of the Month! Michelle is an outstanding team player providing the gold standard of care to five (yes, five!) different clients each week. On top of that, she regularly volunteers to fill in for her fellow care team members when needed. Recently, Michelle covered an emergency call off at the last minute and was able to arrive at her shift less than an hour from the time she accepted! Michelle’s kind, generous, and humble spirit shines through in all she does. She even brought one of her clients Thanksgiving dinner because he wasn’t feeling well that day.

Michelle may well also be our most punctual caregiver. She has NEVER missed a clock in or clock out and usually clocks in at the precise minute her shift is supposed to start. (Not even we know how she is able to do this!!) In addition to all of this, and like all our best caregivers, Michelle doesn’t call off her accepted shifts and always turns in her care notes on time each week. Michelle – thank you for consistently delivering the Right at Home “gold standard” of care!

As a reward for earning the Team Player of the Month award, Michelle will receive a $50 bonus and company-wide recognition.

ALL-STARS OF THE MONTH

We would also like to congratulate our November 2017 All-Stars, who will be awarded a $20 gift card to Meijer and receive company-wide recognition. Right at Home All-Stars are selected based on several factors, including excellence in regularly clocking in and out on time, not calling off shifts, and providing great care to clients. Total hours worked for the month and a willingness to cover shifts and be a team player are also considered.
