Kimber is Director of Human Resources and office coordinator. She has been a valuable part of the team since 2016. She has been in the medical field her entire working life as a caregiver, certified nursing assistant, mental health technician, and applied behavioral analyst. Kimber says she loves the interaction with clients, their families and Right at Home Care Professionals. She is face behind the care team’s newsletter, job postings, recruitment with local colleges and nursing schools, in-services and continuing education, caregiver appreciation, and orientation. She says she has an ”amazing family” and is always working to better herself and her life. She enjoys art, working on her car, and baking.
Jamie Baade is the Director of Community Relations for Right at Home Oklahoma City. Her journey with Right at home began in 2011 as a caregiver. Jamie rejoined the staff after graduating from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in business management and a focus in marketing in 2015. Jamie enjoys connecting with seniors and their families and looking for solutions to make life easier for them. Jamie and her husband, Cade, look forward to having a family. They enjoy spending time outside, going to the lake, and being with family.
Annette Burgess, RN
Annette brings 37 years of nursing experience to Right at Home’s clients and care providers. She is a natural caregiver and has worked in hospital patient care, surgery settings, nursing homes, home health, and hospice. Annette meets clients and their families to begin care. She assesses the condition and needs of clients, creates care plans, monitors documentation, and offers expertise when change happens. She loves to teach and use her skills and knowledge to help. Annette is an avid reader, loves to crochet for others, follow her favorite sports teams, and spend time with her dog Angelbaby.
Kimberly is a scheduler for Right at Home. Her responsibility is to coordinate the schedules of caregivers and clients with an understanding of what is important to each. She has 31 years of experience in nursing, applied in geriatrics, ICF/MR/DD, hospice, and home health. Her business experience ranges from insurance and billing to durable medical equipment.She has three adult children and six, soon to be seven, grandchildren. Kimberly a great fit at RAH because she loves interaction and problem solving and is creative by nature. She loves to bake, hike, and spend time outdoors with her finance’ and family, which includes their dogs Daisy and Rhino. Go Thunder, Go Dallas Cowboys!
Lisa’s responsibility is to coordinate the schedules of caregivers and clients with an understanding of what is important to each. Lisa has worked with seniors for most of her life; she started young at sixteen working in a nursing facility as a volunteer. She also owned a cleaning business with primarily senior clients. She has worked in property management for over 20 years and was an assistant director, activity director of a senior community. Her love for seniors makes her a perfect fit for Right at Home. She has a terrific family with two wonderful children and she just welcomed a 5th grand-baby into the family. Lisa is a huge crafter and loves the outdoors.
