Our mission has always been to improve the quality of life for the seniors and adults with disabilities we serve. That means it's always about the people we serve and our dedicated team of caregivers and office members who work tirelessly to care for clients. We live and breathe our mission every day, with the goal of helping you navigate the journey.
These are the people who work to bring you and your loved ones the highest caliber of in‑home care.
Stacy Hepinger - Office Manager
Stacy joined the Right At Home team as a caregiver following the loss of her grandmother. It was her dedication to her clients and passion for helping others that lead her into the office. With an associate degree in Business Management, Stacy has embraced the roll of office manager and works hard to advocate for both our care staff and our clients. Outside of the office Stacy is a proud mother of 5 children. When they are not kayaking, fishing, or swimming, Stacy, and her husband can often be found on the sidelines of youth sports games or in the audience of school choir concerts.
Nicole Cramer, CNA - Training and Caregiver Support
Nicole brings 26 years of Health Care experience to Right At Home. She provides training and caregiver support to our staff in the field. One of our top priorities is to insure our clients are properly matched with caregivers who best meet their needs. Nicole carefully reviews our client assessments and provides whatever additional training may be required to create the best experience possible. An outdoors enthusiast, Nicole enjoys farming, camping, fishing, and water sports.
Jenna Locke - Care Coordinator
No job within the agency is more stressful than scheduling our clients and caregivers. Jenna does a tremendous job keeping all the wheels going in the same direction. She maintains a quiet calm throughout the daily storm of providing clients with the right caregiver. It is no mystery to us how she does it. During school, Jenna won multiple state and national awards in public speaking and proper business meeting etiquette. Her day to day operations could not run smoothly without her ability to maintain a strong relationship of understanding and patience with our clients and caregivers. She also handles all client schedules, authorizations, requests off, timecards, and client/caregiver conflicts from day to day. In her spare time, she enjoys hunting, fishing, shopping, spending time with her family and her loving cat Bella.
