The owner of Right at Home Northwest Suburban, Jeanette Palmer, knows that caring for a loved one can be challenging. While trying to balance a career and raising a family, Jeanette was experiencing the challenges of arranging quality care for her aging mother firsthand. Based on her own experience, she realized there was a need for dependable non-medical and companionship services to help individuals live independently at home. After her mother’s passing, Jeanette opened a Right at Home Franchise to share her experience and help others in her community find quality care for their loved ones. For over ten years, Jeanette has been helping seniors remain independent in their homes.
