With a keen eye for excellence, she oversees all aspects of operations, ensuring that our agency stands at the pinnacle of quality care. Jeanette's enduring commitment has been the driving force shaping us into the trusted name we are today, a testament to her passion for providing top-notch home care services.

Born and raised in Elgin, IL, Stacy joined Right at Home in 2017. Prior to joining our team, she was a preschool teacher and Nanny taking care of hundreds of children.

Her extensive experience in recruitment, strategic planning, and team leadership ensures that only the most dedicated and skilled caregivers join our ranks. Jayme's passion for finding individuals who truly care transforms our team into a family, where every caregiver is chosen with heart and purpose. Through her efforts, we continue to set the standard for compassionate, high-quality care.
Growing up in Cicero and now residing in Palatine with her fiance, stepson, and puppy named Moose. In a few words, Jayme LOVES all things animals. Outside of work, you can find Jayme spending time with family and playing with Moose. Jayme's dream date is all you can eat sushi and a Dunkin' run with Paul Rudd.

Olivia Ward is the creative force behind our storytelling and digital presence. As our Content Creator, she brings our mission to life through compelling narratives, engaging visuals, and meaningful connections. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for showcasing the heart of home care, Olivia crafts content that highlights the dedication of our caregivers, the impact of our services, and the stories that make our community special. Her work ensures that our message of compassion and excellence reaches families in need, making a difference one story at a time.
Residing from Elgin, IL, Olivia joined the Right at Home team in 2023 and hit the ground running.
In a few Words:• Olivia LOVES all things crafty – painting, crocheting, and creating one-of-a-kind home décor!
• Outside of work, you can find Olivia snuggled in a cozy spot soaking in one of her favorite books. The Court of Thorns and Roses series is one of her favorites!

Liz Nava
RightCare Field Supervisor
Liz is the guardian of client and caregiver satisfaction. With a keen focus on clients’ well-being, Liz leads the charge in conducting thorough new client assessments, ensuring a tailored approach to our clients’ unique needs. In times of urgency, Liz is our steadfast ally, managing emergencies with compassion and efficiency. Her commitment extends beyond mere coordination; she actively cultivates a harmonious relationship between clients and caregivers, ensuring a continuum of joy and satisfaction in every interaction. Liz is the advocate for a home care experience that exceeds expectations.
Liz started her career as a CNA in high school and soon started working in nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Her passion for home care began shortly after seeing the need for one-on-one care. She began her journey with Right at Home as a caregiver in 2017and quickly was promoted to Field Supervisor. Liz is a Certified Dementia Practitioner, CAREs Dementia Specialist, PAC Certified Independent Trainer and certified through the Alzheimer’s Association. She prides herself on a holistic approach to training noting “I don’t just supervise and train my staff. I connect with them and our clients and provide support along the journey.”

• When vacationing, you likely will find Liz relaxing on a beach of Mexico with her husband and their three beautiful children.

Lynne O'Malley
Community Liaison & Educator, Certified Dementia Practitioner
Lynne is our dynamic Community Liaison and Educator, dedicated to fostering connections and spreading awareness about the importance of home care. With a passion for building relationships, Lynne actively engages with the community, ensuring that the heartbeat of our care resonates beyond our agency walls. Her role extends beyond mere outreach; Lynne is a dedicated educator, imparting valuable insights on senior care to empower our community. Trust Lynne to be the bridge that connects hearts and minds, advocating for a future where every senior receives the care they deserve.
With over a decade of senior healthcare experience, Lynne brings a world of knowledge and enthusiasm to our Right at Home Family when joining in 2019. Lynne is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and holds additional training certifications including Dementia Live and Teepa Snow’s Positive Approach to Care.
Born and raised in upstate New York, Lynne now resides in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago with her family.
In a few words:• When Lynne isn’t educating the community, you’ll find her enjoying live music or playing her eclectic vinyl record collection.
• Her dream dinner date would be sharing embarrassing stories with Sandra Bullock.
• An ideal night at home would include a Godfather film while enjoying a healthy and hearty home cooked meal.


Tia Podraza
RightCare Administrative Assistant
Tia is our incredible "Jack of All Trades" whose versatility knows no bounds. With hands in many pots, Tia is the cornerstone that keeps our home care agency running seamlessly. From administrative wizardry to hands-on support, Tia's multifaceted expertise ensures that every aspect of our operation is finely tuned. Her dedication to wearing many hats reflects a commitment to excellence, making Tia an indispensable part of our team. In the intricate dance of daily operations, Tia leads with grace, embodying the spirit of adaptability and mastery.
Originating from Chicago, Tia now resides in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago with her husband and children. She’s proud to be a part of our Right at Home team since 2010!
• Tia’s guilty pleasure is Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups & Fannie May Pixies• She’s an adventure junkie and loves riding bikes, hiking, and paddleboarding!
• Her favorite actor is her brother, Patrick Dean.
