Get the care you need and get promptly reimbursed
To qualify for LTC benefits, you will need to provide proof that you received and paid for covered care. We will submit the required paperwork directly to your LTC provider showing that you received qualified care as part of our weekly billing process. This get you reimbursed as quickly and painlessly as possible.
While it is your right to hire whomever you choose, you may find it helpful to know that many LTC Insurance providers will require that you work with a licensed agency rather than through private, or freelance, caregivers. They expect a certain level of professionalism and supervision that comes along with being a legitimate and licensed home care agency. You may still use a private caregiver for some or all of your care needs but will only get reimbursed for those hours and dollars spent through approved agencies such as ours.
