Right at Home Wants to Make Sure Our Nation’s Veterans Get the Benefits They Deserve
If you are a wartime Veteran, you may qualify for the Veterans Administration Aid and Attendance Benefit—more than $25,000 per year to a married Veteran. Aid and Attendance is a pension benefit paid to qualified Veterans and surviving spouses who require the regular attendance of another person to assist in basic self-care including bathing or showering, dressing, eating, getting in or out of bed or a chair, and using the toilet.
To qualify, Veterans must meet specific financial requirements through the Veterans Administration. It is crucial to work with a VA Certified Claims Agent to complete the required medical evidence reports, detailed application or claim preparation.
Right at Home Early Start Deferred Payment Program:
Because it takes an average of three to six months to be approved for the Aid and Attendance Benefit, Right at Home wants you to receive the full care you need without delay. We are working with a local VA accredited law firm, Schock Solaiman Ramdayal, PLLC (SSR), who specializes in assisting Veterans with their benefits’ application process.
With a prequalification letter from Schock Solaiman Ramdayal, Right at Home will defer 50% of the charges for your care assistance—up to 24 hours a week. Our Early Start program grants you the home healthcare you need while you wait for your retroactive benefits check. The retroactive benefit typically covers the deferred amount, as well as reimburses you for the amount paid to Right at Home. You can take advantage of your Early Start benefit within the month following your application month. You pay no hidden extra charges, fees or interest!
