Meet the Orlando Home Care Team
Nikki Magyar – President, Owner

Born and raised in Florida I graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Having lived in the Orlando area for over 20 years, I am completely devoted to this community and am inspired by the growth I have seen in the last decade. As I look towards our future, I want to invest my efforts in building a legacy that outlasts my lifetime and supports this community.
I have always had a heart for the elderly and disabled, and now know why I was given this passion. Within my family, those who need assistance to stay home were able to thanks to the loving care of qualified healthcare professionals. Those experiences and memories steered me towards opening a Right at Home in Orlando.
As I assist your loved one, the golden rule of treating and respecting others as I would like is a core value. Keeping loved ones in their homes, independent, and involved with friends and family is an irreplaceable sense of accomplishment and happiness I seek to provide for every family. I believe the people we serve are valuable and deserve the highest level of respect, love, and attention.
Adam Magyar – Managing Director, Owner

Originally from just outside Toronto, Canada, I earned a Business degree at the University of Guelph. When the chance came I jumped at the opportunity to move south to advance my career and for perpetual summers. Orlando has become the place I call home and I could not image a better place to raise my family.
Helping our seniors age in place is something that I feel very passionate about. Having watched my great grandmother age at home until the age of 101 I saw the impact first hand. The importance of having a familiar home and support system around them makes for a much more of a positive impact on their longevity.
After deciding to leave my corporate job, I knew that I wanted to find a way to better help the people in our community. Aging at home is something that I personally want for my loved ones and having the opportunity to help our community age at home was a good fit. Working with qualified healthcare professionals and people who are aligned in their passion creates a great environment with Right at Home Orlando.
Jennifer Cusato – Director of Client Care

Born and raised in Massachusetts, my family and I moved to Florida a little over a year ago when my husband retired from law enforcement. We were tire of shoveling snow and wanted to enjoy the warmth of the Florida sunshine year-round.
I started working in home care 23 years ago, first starting my career as a HHA, then moved into the office as a Scheduling Supervisor. I worked as a Scheduling Supervisor before leaving the office to start a family. While raising my family, I continue to work in home care as an On-Call Supervisor. As my family grew, I returned to the office to become the Office Support Coordinator.
I now have the privilege to work with Right at Home Orlando as the Client Care Manager. Where I can share my experience and knowledge as well as continuing to learn and grow. I love being able to work closely with clients and their families and going out to meet them along with the caregivers.
