Meet Bruce Gropper, Owner of Right at Home Palm Beach
Right at Home Franchisees Bruce and Judy Gropper care about their careers, about their community, and about their friends. However, there is one thing they care about above all of this: their family. This holds true through every aspect of their lives, including their recent decision to provide in-home senior and disabled adult care services – a decision that was inspired by their family.
As the local owners and operators of Right at Home in Palm Beach County, they take pride in bringing their firsthand understanding of the value of family and the fragility of life to every client who walks through their door, providing as much devotion to the client’s loved one as if they were their own.
Bruce and Judy both grew up on Long Island, N.Y., making it a natural fit to raise their son and daughter in Westchester. The proud parents have enjoyed watching their now Michigan Wolverines grow up, and instilling the value of care and family in them every day.
Before becoming a full-time mom to raise them, Judy worked in the NYC fashion industry. Bruce has maintained a successful 25-plus-year Wall Street career, which revolved around his ability to listen and fulfill customer and client needs. Accustomed to caring for individuals personally and staying calm in hectic situations not only played into the decision to begin a meaningful second career with Right at Home, but played into a personal experience with his and Judy’s family, as well.
Judy’s grandfather suffered from Alzheimer’s for many years, and Bruce and Judy helped care for him. It was during this experience that they witnessed firsthand the rewards excellent home care can bring to a family.
This experience, combined with those everlasting, strong-rooted family values, will go into play every day as Bruce and Judy run their Right at Home location.
“What is so vital to our success is the total client experience that is both personal and professional. This is something that Judy and I have worked hard to master, and look forward to bringing to Palm Beach County,” Bruce said.
“Through our own experience, we have seen what families are looking for from their care providers. We will bring every family we work with extremely personalized care to help ease their stress, and they will know that the care of their loved one is in good hands,” Judy said. Our In-Home Care Services
