Frank Billante

Owner

Frank is a San Francisco native, attended St Ignatius College Prep and University of San Francisco. He worked as an Oakland Fireman, along with Office of the State Fire Marshal. While watching his mom take care of his father for 10 years after his dad had a significant stroke, Frank then went on to find a passion and fulfillment in the home care industry. Frank owned a Home care business in San Francisco for close to 6 years. He has continued that passion in Coachella Valley with Right at Home for over the past two years and has recently purchased the Laguna Hills Right at Home location.

Rebecca Herrera, LVN

Director of Operations

Rebecca has been in the medical field for the past 25 years as a Medical Assistant, CNA, Caregiver, Licensed Vocational Nurse, Hospice Nurse, Skilled Nursing Facility Nurse, and Caregiver Training Instructor. She has many years of experience in home care, has a passion to train caregivers to give quality and compassionate care to our seniors, and has even owned a Caregiver Training Center.

She enjoys spending time with her family. She also loves to travel, spend time at the beach and hiking due to her joy of nature.

Norma Zapata

Business Development

Norma was born and raised in beautiful Palm Springs, California. She is one of five children. With her deep family core values, she has always loved and cherished helping people in need.  She attended her education here locally in the Coachella Valley and has over 20 years extensive experience in the Medical Field. Here at Right at Home with Business Development Client Relations, she seeks to fulfill her tasks and job to the fullest as we continue to grow. When she is at home, her time is filled with her beautiful and energy filled daughter.

Bertie Gardner

Care Manager & Field Supervisor

Bertie’s loving and unstoppable mission is to seek out those who can’t find care on their own and is skilled how to identify their specific needs as she intentionally builds genuine relationship with them. Her heart, combined with her 20 year medical and industry experience and the multitudes of credentials and certifications she holds, maximizes her ability to facilitate her clients’ utmost care.

Bertie’s love for cooking and her belief in the power of breaking bread with one another extends outside of her role in the office. 

Fun Fact: She also attended Bartender School and can whip up one mean martini.

In all things, she believes in leaving people better off than how she found them... and sharing the journey in between. She is also an intentional a wife and a mother to three children. On her time away from the office, she enjoys serving in the community on several non-profit boards and teaches floral workshops to local schools and retirement community centers.

After seven years as a banker, she discovered her true passion for helping others while caring for her mother, which led her to this fulfilling career.

In her current role, April focuses on finding and retaining talented individuals who share her commitment to compassionate care. As a mother of four, she knows the importance of support and teamwork, both at home and in the workplace. When she’s not working, April loves exploring the outdoors, enjoying hikes and bike rides with her kids. She is dedicated to making a positive impact in her community, one connection at a time.

Ariana has over 16 years in the Home Care Field. She was a  caregiver for 6 years and 10 years as a Staffer. She is the  middle one of three Children. Her father passed when she  was 10 and as she spent many years growing up attending to  her grandmother’s needs, she grew fond of caring for Seniors  & people with Disability. She went to Bible College for a year  and did some Volunteer work in the Kids Ministry.  

In her spare time she enjoys spending quality time with her family, Watching movies, bike rides and listening to music.
