Patricia Stover - Office Manager/Payroll and Billing

Patricia has been with Right at Home for over six years. She brings with her years of experience with 18 years in banking and over 20 years with a large roofing company. Patricia is the Office Manager and is responsible for Billing and Payroll and all incoming phone calls.

Deyanira Salazar - Recruiting and Retention Manager

Deyanira joined the Right at Home team in October, 2015. She was born and raised in the Coachella Valley. She graduated as a LVN from Santa Barbara Business College right after high school.

Deyanira gained experience by working in skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, in-home care as well as volunteering in blood drives and the California Careforce. She worked as an HCA for 4 years before joining office staff.

Her role in the HR department focuses on overseeing all hiring. Initiating phone assessments, interviewing, on-boarding, background checks, training, employee performance and evaluations, and state compliance with state regulations.

Jill Walmsley - Care Manager

Jill Walmsley the Care Manger at Right at Home. She has been with the company for three months. As the Care Manager she is responsible for developing and managing the client care plan, creating extraordinary client experience and communications with clients, families, care partners and referral sources. It is her responsibility to ensure safe, appropriate, and meaning care to our clients and to assist in creating and building relationships with all stakeholders in the industry to establish new sales opportunities and gain market share.

Toni Rios - Staffing Manager

Toni has been with Right at Home for over nine years. She is responsible for the Caregiver and Client scheduling. In addition to working at Right at Home, Toni has been a Caregiver, Personal Attendant at Inland Regional Center and a Personal Attendant for over eleven years at Pathways. Toni has a special gift in connecting our Clients with the perfect Caregiver.

Tami Wildick - Assistant Staffing

Tami joined our organization this year as a Staffing Assistant and After Hour Supervisor. She is a Caregiver and was a direct support personnel for the intellectually and developmentally disabled.

Diann Gilbertson - Operations Manager

Diann joined Right at Home in January 2021. Before joining Right at Home, Diann was the Executive Director for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Oregon. Her business experiences range in operations, communications, compliance, financial and risk management. She has a passion for companies with a “human-side” culture and quality and loves being in the business of helping others.
