Grant Hamilton, Administrator
Grant is the Administrator of Right at Home Greater Portland. Grant has an entrepreneurial background having owned a variety of service related businesses over the past 20 plus years. After relocating back to his native Oregon in 2007 to be closer to his aging parents he spent more than a year looking for a business that would be both rewarding and yet have strong upside growth potential. A business in the home care industry ultimately ended up being the perfect fit and he thus purchased the local Right at Home franchise in August of 2008. Grant graduated from the University of Oregon with a BS in Business Administration.
Jacob Munoz, Managing Director
Jacob is the Managing Director of Right at Home Great Portland. He is a native Californian having been born and raised in Orange County. After attending Fullerton College he worked in the medical device industry as a Planner/Buyer, as well as an Internal Auditor, for various medical device manufacturers and for Gateway, Western Digital and RS Medical. His experience in working with the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR's) proved to be very valuable in developing Right at Home's comprehensive policies and procedures which strictly adhere to the Oregon Administrative Rules and Regulations (OAR's) for in home care agencies. Jacob also brings many years of management experience to the Right at Home team and has been instrumental in helping to manage the growth of both our staff and our customer base.
Salina Skelton, HR/Payroll & Billing Manager
Salina is responsible for the day to day operations of our office and takes pride in ensuring our customers, caregivers and office staff receive the best customer service in the industry. Prior to joining Right at Home, she was a Client Care Coordinator/Medicaid – LTCCN Program Administrator and brings a vast knowledge of In Home Care experience. Salina has an Associate of Arts in Health Administration from The University of Phoenix. In addition to her 10 years of experience in the medical field as a caregiver/LPN, Salina will bring impeccable written and verbal communication skills as well as an excellent interpersonal skill set.
Noel Vasquez, Client Care Coordinator
Noel is responsible for assisting the Staffing Coordinators with scheduling and recruiting of caregivers. She will assure that staff adheres to the policies and procedures of the company with respect to compliance of the state licensure. In addition, she will also provide training to our caregiving staff during orientation. Noel will also manage new clientele with respect to conducting all inquiries and in-home assessments. After Noel attended Evergreen State College she managed several assisted living facilities during her career in health management. During 2013-2020 she acquired her Oregon State Certificate of Administrator – Assisted Living/Memory Care and worked as an administrator for McLaughlin Place Assisted Living and Memory Care.
Linda Conklin, Staffing Coordinator/Weekend Admin
Linda is responsible for the daily recruiting, scheduling interviews of our applicants, orientation assistance, staffing and will be involved in the weekend on-call position. Linda comes to Right at Home with 9 years of experience as an in home care Caregiver, Medical Administrative Assistant and a Supervisor. Linda attended Penn Foster College with an emphasis on Medical Administration. She will assure our customers receive the best possible service in matching client and caregiver's personalities. She will match caregiver skill sets and abilities to each client's needs according to their personal care plans.
Susan Boedeker, Registered Nurse
Susan is responsible for overseeing the nursing service needs of our Right at Home clients. In addition, she will also provide ongoing education/training to our caregiving staff throughout the Clackamas, Washington and Multnomah Counties we serve. Susan comes to Right at Home with an Associate's in Science Degree in Nursing. She completed her degree in nursing studies at Portland Community College (PCC) in 2006. Susan has been an RN for over 15 years and enjoys visiting the elderly in their homes.
