A Letter from A Grateful Family About Exceptional Caregiving

As the owner of Right at Home of Utah Valley, I firmly believe that we have the Right People doing the Right Things, the Right Way, for the Right Reasons. We take great efforts to make a positive and lasting difference for our clients and their families during what can be very challenging times. 

The best part of my role is getting to know our clients and to observe the impact we make. This was driven home to me recently by a thank you message I received after one of our dear clients passed. It highlights the uniqueness of our approach and the main reason we at Right at Home of Utah Valley do what we do

Dear Mark, 
 
We wanted to express our appreciation on behalf of our entire family for the exceptional care our dad received from your Right at Home caregivers. Our dad fervently desired to spend the final months of his life in his own home, rather than in a care facility. None of his children were in a position to move in with him full-time to care for him. How grateful we are for your staff who enabled us to fulfill his great desire. Holly was absolutely incredible in making quick adjustments to his ever-changing schedule and accommodating our needs. Debbie, Joan, Angie, Nicki, and Kate are just a few of the absolute angels that come to mind who helped him feel loved, safe, and cared for in his final weeks and even days. Joan tenderly cared for him through his final night on this earth and Angie even attended his funeral. We shed tears together. Words cannot express our deep appreciation in knowing he was safe in their care and attention. I already left a 5-star Google review a couple of weeks ago, but please feel free to post this wherever you have reviews on your website. We highly recommend Right at Home for the professionalism, loving care, and compassion of all of your staff.
