Nila Murallon - RN, BSN, Director

Nila got into the home care business because she realized with her own mother’s declining health, it was really hard for her to find help because she lived far away and has small children to care for.  She knows she wasn’t the only one struggling to find a balance and that’s when she began her journey. After careful research of her local area and different franchises, she felt Right at Home was the best fit for her. As a nurse, it is extremely crucial to find a franchise that aligns with her vision & beliefs because her pledge is to not only serve her community but to also improve their quality of life.

She worked for a major medical organization for over 17 years with a background ranging from member services, medical/office assisting, and nursing.  Nila has served the adult, geriatric, and pediatric populations in various hospital settings ranging from Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Orthopedics, Pediatric Oncology, OB/GYN, and the list goes on. Because she enjoys the nursing profession so much, she still actively works part-time as a nurse.

Nila is an active member of the Parkinson’s Foundation. She received her Associates with honors in Sacramento City College of Nursing and San Joaquin Delta College of Nursing.  She also received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing with Presidents Highest Honors from Grand Canyon University.

Kati Rozak - Sales Coordinator

Kati joined our team in December 2020 as a sales coordinator. She comes to Right at Home South Placer with more than 20 years experience as a sales representative in direct marketing and 10 years as a volunteer care coordinator. She started her career in the bay area providing customer support and moved to sales support and onto outside sales. She loves to talk to people and help make life a bit easier when she can.

After taking care of several family members and arranging care for a few more I got to know so many wonderful home care providers and wanted to be a part of an organization that helps so many families stay in their home safely where they feel most comfortable. I love to go to work every day and work with wonderful caring people. When she's not working she loves to cook, garden, and play with her grandchildren. She calls herself a homebody and so her happy place is home.
