Pilar Suárez | Owner & Operations Manager
Pilar graduated as a Business Administrator and has a specialization in Telecommunications Business Management. Pilar has more than 15 years of business experience.
When Pilar was very young she was a caregiver while she was studying at Colorado State University. That remained in her memory and heart, becoming an ever-growing mission of compassion for her family and Right at Home Rhome.
Megan Lane | Outreach Specialist
As an Outreach Specialist for Right at Home Rhome I am able to share the benefits of our quality services with the community as well as with facilities, case management teams and senior centers. I have the opportunity to be involved with Health Fairs, Senior Focus groups and Parkinson's support and Alzheimer’s awareness events. I work closely with families as we begin the care process of care planning for loved ones with home care needs. As a former caregiver, I am able to communicate the specific duties that we are able to assist each individual with. It brings me so much joy to see the seniors we serve able to age in place. It is our mission to improve the quality of life for those we serve, we strive to accomplish that for every client.
Whitney Cox | Human Resources Manager
I am a born and raised Texan, I have two teenage boys and have been in the caregiving field for 13 years, which allows me to follow my passion for helping our elderly community. My years of caregiving experience allows me to make sure that my caregivers and Clients are well taken care of and are happy. I love my job and making sure everyone is well taken care of brings joy to me. My caregivers know if they ever need me I am here for them. I started with this company in 2017 as a caregiver and did some scheduling before moving into my position now.
Dede Johnson | Administrative Assistant
I am the Administrative Assistant for Right at Home Rhome, and I’ve been with the company since 2021. With a background in customer service and a heart for helping others, I am dedicated to supporting caregivers and ensuring they have what they need to succeed. My empathetic nature and attention to detail make me a valuable team member. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my dog.
Melissa McWhorter | Care Manager
Melissa has been a caregiver for three years with Right at Home and a Staff Coordinator. She joined the office team in January of 2022, serving as the Outreach Community Liaison. Melissa travels around the RAH Rhome territory visiting our clients in their homes, doing Supervisory Review surveys and serves as the key connection between the client and the RAH office staff. Melissa lives in Wise county and has three very active children. She loves to hunt, fish and watch her children play all of the sports!!! Melissa looks forward to meeting each and every new client, family member and caregivers.
Natalia Chavez | Staff Coordinator
With nearly two decades of experience in the healthcare sector, I've cultivated a deep passion for making meaningful connections. As the Staff Coordinator at Right at Home Rhome, I have the unique privilege of bridging the gap between our valued clients and dedicated caregivers, ensuring seamless interactions and the utmost care. Outside the professional realm, I'm affectionately known as 'Mama' to two beautiful girls and a cherished dog. Together with my supportive husband, we revel in the joys of family life, creating memories and cherishing every moment."
