We provide continual training and on-the-job supervision including access to Right at Home University, which keeps our employees up-to-date. Additionally, all Caregivers are thoroughly screened and tested before being matched with a client and our owners are bonded and insured. Just like our owners, caregivers also come from diverse and wide-ranging backgrounds. They are mothers, veterans, nursing students, retirees and many others who are motivated by our mission.
