Award Winning Home Care

Jim Ryan
Owner
As a United States Navy veteran and former International Business Machines (IBM) employee, Jim Ryan found his most fulfilling jobs involved helping people work through challenging problems. He opened a Right at Home in home care agency to help fellow veterans and families who need to find day to day help for aging relatives and adults with disabilities.
Jim was moved by the ordeal he had gone through with his own mother, who at age 77 was diagnosed with a massive brain tumor and died 6 months later. This event was made tolerable by the fact that his sister, a registered nurse (RN) , was able to provide personal care and support during his mother's final months. He realized that many people don't have friends or family able to provide dedicated day to day personal care for their aging or ill loved ones in a comfortable, familiar environment.
Jim relocated to York county in 2007. He and his family currently live in the Clover area.
Prior to opening his business providing professional caregiving services for adults, Jim worked for IBM for over 30 years, and also served in the Navy. He enjoyed traveling the world with the navy, in particular his time spent among small villages in South America.

Jenn W.
I earned my Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Degree at ECPI University and continued my education to become a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP). My 12 years in nursing has given me the opportunity to work with pediatric patients to geriatric patients, and I have enjoyed working with them all. It was my experience with my father and his diagnosis of Lewy Body Dementia that I became passionate about helping those with dementia and their families. My goal is to help families navigate their circumstances by being and advocate and providing resources during such a personal and difficult time, and to be a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their families.
My free time is truly enjoyed spent with my 4 children, 2 dogs and cat. And if not hanging out with them, I love to thrift and auction hunt vintage decor.
