A True War Hero - Event to Honor Major James Capers, Jr.

It is not often that you get to be in the presence of a True War Hero! Last night I was afforded that opportunity. Our Congressman, Ralph Norman and our local Veterans Affairs Director, Melinda Woodhurst, put together a meeting at the Rock Hill American Legion and we listened to the life story of Major James Capers, Jr. Representative Norman is nominating the Major for the Country's highest honor "The Congressional Medal of Honor" .
