"Ever since I was a little girl I’ve always had this dream of me being a nurse one day and I never gave up on it. No matter what else I did in life me being a nurse was always my #1 career choice! I am a freshman nursing student going for my BSN RN at Kent State University! I chose Right at Home because I love to work with and help others especially elders and children, they hold a very special place in my heart and being able to make a difference in someone’s day by just doing the basics really means a lot to me."

JC - is our rookie of the month. She has shined since she started. She is so funny and has done such a great job with one of our Veterans.

Congrats Ernesto for being named Rookie of the Month!

My name is Ernesto Ibarra and I've been in the Healthcare industry for a little over ten years now. A few things that I personally enjoy are taking long walks with my French Bulldog Igor, I love a good fiction novel, I dabble in writing some myself as a hobby.

I enjoy online gaming as well as spending time with my very large family.

As far as professionally, I suppose the first thing I would tell anyone who asked me "Why have you stayed in one industry for so many years?"

I'd quickly respond with, the fact that I love to help people who are in need of it. No matter the situation. I've worked with individuals as young as twenty three years old who needed daily help with all tasks to seniors who just might need a companion or someone to assist them while still making them feel dignified.

Secondly, I would tell them that for me it's more than just a job. I love the feeling I get when I can help someone with something that they're either struggling with or just may need an extra hand completing a task.

No matter, the gratitude you feel from helping someone in need is like no other feeling in the world.

Another reason that I love my career is because it gives me the chance to meet all sorts of interesting folks from all different walks of life and culture so I'm always learning something new and I really enjoy that it affords me that opportunity.

If I had to sum it up though it would simply be; "It makes me happy and proud to help those in need of my help."

Ernesto has been a great addition to our team and has a great teamwork mentality. He is always there for his clients and makes them feel at ease when he is around.

As a dedicated mother of two with nearly eight years of experience in the health field, Savanna brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to our team. She is known for her loving, giving, and caring nature, and she excels as a team player.

Since joining our office, Savanna has seamlessly integrated into our team, demonstrating professionalism and a willingness to go above and beyond. She is always punctual, ready to help, and often stays longer on shifts to ensure our clients receive the best care possible. Additionally, Savanna has consistently shown up on time, offered solutions to better manage the home, and is always in the place of YES. We truly appreciate her dedication and the extra mile she goes to support both our clients and her fellow caregivers.
