The Santa Barbara area Right at Home office is locally-owned and operated by husband and wife team, Larry & Tina Kreider. Right at Home has provided in-home care and assistance to seniors and people with disabilities since 1995. The Santa Barbara location is joined by over 200 national and international offices who share a common mission: “Improving the quality of life for those we serve.”
Larry and Tina are both longtime residents and business owners in Santa Barbara for over 15 years. Larry earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh in 1980. Tina attended Wayne State College and is currently working toward attaining her CSA –Certified Senior Advisor designation. They have combined Larry’s corporate & entrepreneurial background with Tina’s tenure in the healthcare and non-profit industries to form a dynamic partnership which is geared toward helping seniors and disabled adults stay in their home for as long as they are comfortably able to do so.
Right at Home caregivers are insured, bonded and have undergone a strict screening process to ensure our clients receive the quality care they expect and deserve. Our caring staff can assist with all activities of daily living, including: medication reminders, food preparation, bathing, dressing, Dr.’s appointments, housekeeping, errands and more.

Christina Marquez - Director of Quality Care
Christina Marquez, Director of Quality Care, was born and raised in Santa Barbara, CA and has surrounded herself with close family and friends who have called Santa Barbara “home” for many generations.
Christina brings many years of hands on caregiving experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant to her resume’ and later gained her Psychiatric Technician license from Cuesta College in San Luis Obispo, CA.
Christina has always had a passion for caring for our aging population and joyfully joined the Right at Home-Santa Barbara team in 2011. Her many years of caring for seniors, charismatic personality and kind disposition is a natural fit for her current position.
Our clients and their families have become remarkably familiar with Christina’s natural ability to develop and institute a custom care plan that fits their individual needs and goals. Christina puts a lot of time and effort in to making sure our caregivers experience and personalities are the best fit for clients.
