Your Career as a Caregiver
A Note about COVID-19
Now, more than ever, it’s clear how essential caregivers really are. The people we serve rely on our caregivers, not just for companionship during a time of isolation, but also for assistance with their basic needs. Without dedicated caregivers, many seniors and adults with disabilities would be left with little support. You can make all the difference.
Right at Home in Santa Barbara has been providing Home Care Aides to assist elderly and disabled adults in our community since 2010. We are owned and operated by Larry and Tina Kreider, local residents for over 25 years. We pride ourselves on being small enough to maintain a personal relationship with each and every client and caregiver, but large enough to handle a multitude of care needs. We will never compromise quality for quantity. We can only do this by hiring the highest quality caregivers and working closely to match their education and experience to clients that need specific help. We have created an environment that rewards hard work, dependability, and responsibility. Here are just a few of the things current Right at Home Santa Barbara employees have said about working with our agency:

Caregiver Spotlight
One of our outstanding caregivers that we believe is living the Right at Home mission - "to improve the lives of those that we serve."
Leslie walked into our office in 2015 and we could tell after our first conversation with her that she was going to be special! Leslie has worked with our Right at Home team for over three years. Leslie is kind and patient and her compassion for our senior community is incomparable. Leslie is experienced with a diverse group of clients which include individuals recovering from an injury, clients who just need a little extra support to live at home safely and with people who are reaching end of life.
We would like to celebrate Leslie today and let her know how much we appreciate having her on our team! Leslie is attending school full-time and still gives 110% to everything she does and every client she attends to. Leslie’s future is bright, and we look forward to watching her continue to excel in everything she does well into the future.
