As our lead executive overseeing the Right at Home Client Services team, Cindy meets and gets acquainted with every one of our clients. From your initial inquiry through the onboarding process, she will be engaged in virtually every aspect of your relationship with Right at Home.

Melissa Herrygers
Director of Operations
Coordinating the thousands of details involved in managing the care plans for hundreds of clients, family members, and caregivers is the central role of our Director of Operations, Melissa Herrygers.
An Ohio native and Florida resident since 1987, Melissa has been in healthcare for eleven years, eight as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), and seven as a trusted colleague at Right at Home. As a dedicated advocate for quality care, Melissa’s top priority is ensuring that all clients have the best possible experience with Right at Home. Her years of experience in Client Care Coordination and Client Relations, where strong communication skills are essential, has prepared her well to liaise with families and caregivers on matters relating to scheduling and quality assurance programming.
When she is not juggling client care needs and caregiver scheduling, Melissa enjoys spending time “glamping” with family and friends.

Anthony Pine MSIS, RN
Director of Nursing
Anthony’s passion for nursing stems from his desire to see people get better under his care and be able to enjoy their best possible lives. As our Director of Nursing, he brings this passion along with 22 years of nursing experience, the first 10 of which were devoted to providing direct patient care in intensive care units.
When he is not busy directing patient care, Anthony is a dedicated adjunct professor of nursing at South University, specializing in teaching leadership and health informatics strategies (clinical data collection) to student nurses. He has co-authored a book about nursing leadership entitled Nursing’s Ultimate Guide to Productivity and Satisfaction. He loves teaching our caregivers to provide care for clients at the highest possible levels.
Anthony has embraced our mission, “To Enhance the Quality of Life for Those We Serve,” and is committed to ensuring that all our clients’ needs are not just met, but exceeded.
