Donna Bourne is Director of Operations providing leadership, responsibility and accountability for the overall strategic, financial, management, development and operational performance of the business. She has almost 40 years of management experience, with over 30 years in the healthcare industry as a Practice Administrator.
Donna specializes in office operations, financial management, human resources management, planning, credentialing, customer service, quality improvement, risk management, governance and organization dynamics, business and clinical operations, regulatory compliance, patient/client safety and professional responsibility.
Donna is inspired daily by the hard work, dedication and compassion of the individuals caring for the elderly and disabled. In her free time, she loves to read, cook, watch sports and spend time with her puppy dogs.
Amber Johnson | Office Manager/Client Manager
Amber is an exceptional leader & loves taking care of people. She has been Home Healthcare since 2009. It her passion to make your loved one feel at ease with activities of daily living. Amber has done all roles in Home Health from Caregiver to Staffing Coordinator. She understands the struggle of having a family member that is disabled and will do her best to help you. She has many resources and is very knowledgeable when it comes to helping other people. In her free time she likes to watch her kids play sports, church & relax to watch a good movie.
