Recently, Right at Home Franchise Business Performance Coach Kiley Drog joined the Right at Home Far North Texas team in Sherman to celebrate their office being ranked the #1 Homecare Agency in North America for 2025!

It was a busy day for Kiley, Bruce, Tracey, and their team from the Sherman and Prosper office locations. The day began with an early meeting to review the past week and kick off the new week, using this time for accountability updates from each team member.

The morning was filled with recognition, celebration, and, yes, work! A team like Far North Texas is always striving to improve. Right at Home Corporate treated the team to a celebratory lunch at Emily's Kitchen in Denison to honor their grand accomplishment.

Many offices have care team office staff who were promoted from frontline caregivers, but nearly 100% of the Far North Texas office team comes from caregiver promotions. Kiley shared, "This team is highly accountable to their clients, caregivers, and each other. You could see and feel the respect they have for one another. The entire team lives Right at Home's mission of improving the quality of life for those we serve."
