Help with the complexities of computers, software, and high-tech appliances and gadgets often found in today’s homes.
Accompany your loved one to medical appointments, take notes, and communicate with family members to keep everyone informed.
This is a service where we stop by for 30 minutes or so just to see how you or your loved one is doing. We will provide weekly reports to the family and notify the family of any concerning issues or changes in condition. This is a helpful service for seniors whose loved ones or family live in a different city.
We will walk your dog for you and/or check in on your furry baby while you are away, in the hospital , or out of town.
Sometimes it is hard for seniors to get out of the house and run errands. We will provide an errand service that includes grocery shopping, pick up or drop off laundry, procure tickets for entertainment, taking the car for maintenance, personal shopping, and more.
Preparing for the entire family to visit for the holidays can be an overwhelming task for seniors. We will help with decorations, meal preparation, and shopping to relieve some of that stress.
We perform weekly home checks while our clients are out of town or in the hospital or rehab facility. This includes checking for leaks, disposing of newspapers, getting the mail, flushing toilets and urn faucets, checking light bulbs/timers, water plants, and sending “all okay” emails to the client.
Evaluates the home for safety issues and makes recommendations.
We provide seniors with medical alert bracelets that looks like a Fitbit. This will monitors activities in the house and notify authorities and loved ones if a fall occurs or if there are significant changes in gait and sleep.
We will first check the references of all vendors and help you find a trustworthy highly trained professional who offers the service you need. We thoroughly check our referral list to make certain each source is a reputable provider of senior care services and adheres to the highest standards of business practice. We will follow up on each referral to be certain the work met the client’s expectations. We will also periodically use customer satisfaction surveys to check to make sure the client’s needs are still being properly served.
We will offer this service for non-medical issues and logistics. We will be there to assist with admission or discharge planning, transportation services, packing up belongings, picking up prescriptions, or stocking the refrigerator for a client’s return home. We will coordinate with treatment facilities or at-home care providers to make sure everything is in order. We will take all the time we need to make sure our clients are comfortable and comforted in their new surroundings.
This service provides supportive companionship services in an effort to maintain independence for seniors and disabled persons, The service provides companionship activities for a client in his or her home as well as accompany on outings and provide transportation to access services outside of the home. We encourage seniors to stay socially engaged by arranging outings and events, helping them maintain a vibrant and connected lifestyle.
We will provide seniors with reliable, comfortable transportation with sensitive, responsible drivers who will wait for them at the doctor’s office, escort them when shopping and running errands, and most important, be where they’re supposed to be on time, so the client is not left waiting.
Sometimes it is hard to be at two places at the same time. We will wait with you or for you while a technician comes, a package is dropped off, etc.
