Our People
Here at Right at Home, we're dedicated to being much more than a franchise company. We are the navigator of what comes next for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our mission has always been to improve the quality of life for those we serve. That means it's always about the people we serve, and our dedicated local owners and their professional teams work tirelessly to care for clients. Though we make sure our franchises live and breathe our mission every day, we recognize that it starts with our corporate team.
These are the people who work behind the scenes to bring you and your loved ones the highest caliber of in‑home care.

Brittany Erickson
Nurse
My name is Brittany Erickson. I am a nurse in the Sioux Falls area. Before I joined the Right At Home team I was a director of nursing for an assisted living center in Aberdeen for 5 years. I graduated from Lake Area Tech and have been in the nursing field for 15+ years most of it being in long term care. My husband Chad and I live in Tea with our 3 beautiful girls, Cali, Dani, and Gemi. My hobbies include carting around my kids to their activities in soccer, dance, and gymnastics, relaxing at home and my favorite thing to do is to cook and bake.

Patty
Chaplain
My name is Patty Larsen. I am a Chaplain with Right at Home. My previous work as a school counselor and hospital chaplain nurtured my passion for responding to the needs of the whole person. Life is a journey, and no one should feel alone as they make their way. I find it a great privilege to journey with and support others wherever they find themselves on the path of life. My own journey is shared with my husband Todd, our four children, their families, and many great friends. In my spare time I enjoy tending plants, tending souls, and tending grandchildren.
